An enjoyable story thus far. I like how you've added to the legilimency and the dream walking was really cool as well. I like how Snape is caring for Harry, while being in character. I also like how you have Snape and Sirius commiserating over how difficult it is to keep Harry safe, and giving them a common ground with Lily. Nice work, I look forward to reading more.

It's amazing how long time enemies can become "friendly" when discussing long gone friends and a child. I loved this chapter... especially with Sirius and Severus reminising about their friend Lily.

I thought I would never see that day when Severus and Sirius became, dare I say it, friends

This chapter was very strange, and I felt for Severus. It was also quite hilarious, and I enjoyed Snape's inner monologue.

    Ooh, I loved this.

Somehow you made a Sirius and Snape bonding believable. Not sure how you did it. A common goal to keep the Boy -Who- Lived alive still?

I've really been loving this story and am just getting around to reviewing. You've written some wonderful scenes in these past few chapters and I'm very interested in seeing where you go with everything.

I love the descriptions and the explanations you have given regarding Occlumency. The explanation of the emotional connection associated with teaching someone Occlumency was very interesting and very realistic. It sheds new light on Snape's reactions to being forced into instructing Harry in the mind arts.

The scene with the Gryffindors attempting to defend Snape, especially Neville, was priceless. I'm really glad that you showed Snape's perspective and that we've been able to see a glimpse into his thoughts and emotions surrounding the situation.

I'm really looking forward to the next few chapters. Will you be having any interaction between Snape and Sirius? I would love to see those two characters interact at different points in the story. I love your representation of Severus and I think you would do just as well portraying Sirius. I've always been fond of his character. He loves Harry and though I don't think he would make a suitable guardian on his own, that isn't his fault. The poor man was imprisoned surrounded by creatures that suck all the light and hope and goodness from your world. He, understandably, is not a well adjusted, mature, emotionally stable individual. Still, I've always felt he brought something essential to Harry's life.

Wow...way to ramble and go off on a tangent!! Anyway, I love your story and only wish you updated faster! I'm a tad bit impatient. :) I can't wait for the next chapter!
