Absolutely beautiful story!! I'm so glad I picked this up, because once I started I couldn't put it down. One of my favorite Snapes I've ever read!

Hello?? This is so good??? I've had this on my kindle to read for aaaages amd finally did and i loved it!! A lot of times when ppl write harry i tend to forget how young he is while reading, mostly cuz i think people want him to be cooler or smarter or whatever. But you perfectly succeded in making this realistic cuz hes only 14! And he just wants a dad!! It sucks that no one else was there to see how much severus had changed and how amazing he was for harry. Also Dumbledore... So frustrating i wanted to hit him so many times. But congrats on this amazing story!!! I've now stayed up well too late to finish ot cuz i couldn't put it down. And who knows if you'll read this or not but i had to let you know that this was absolutely amazing.
Thank you for the wonderful story! I love your Harry and Snape! Their characters are so real and full of life! The behavior of teenager is describes so vividly. I wish you aspiration and good luck!

This is what finally turned me off of the rest of the stories. Harry was acting so blasted oblivious to the danger he was in, and Dumbledore really did not seem to care about how everything was tearing Harry apart.
I'll keep reading but I have to say that there is so much here that was in Goblet of Fire that I hated that it makes me angry to re-read it here.
I do like the fact that Snape is trying to do right by Harry, to defend him even when Harry doesn't realise it. At the very least there is one adult in the know that truly cares about Harry. It is frustrating that his hands are so tied (with how he must appear to his Slytherins) and half the time Harry's own self-righteous anger and demands to know what the adults are saying about him.
Your writing is very good but I am really annoyed with all of the characters. I hope this works out.
