What a question! Of course we are interested! Just when you re-introduced Polly. I see a whole lot of possibilities not only for an epilogue but for a whole sequel: Sirius realising he is not yet well enough for taking fully care of an eleven year old, Harry and Severus renovating Spinner's End, Severus and Polly, Sirius and ? ....
Yours is such an unique plot, it would be sad not to explore it fully. Also your characters are so vividly alive and yet so very plausible.
Whatever you decide - thank you for what you have written so far!

This was one of the best Snape Harry fics I have ever read. An epilogue is just not enough, I need a sequel. I would love to see what happens now, if Pauline and Severus have a new Michael. How The Severus/Harry/ Sirius thing will work out? How Sirius will react to Pauline, will he try to steal her?
Author's Response: Oh no! Sirius would never try to steal Pauline!!!!!!!!! More than anything, Sirius values loyalty and is very loyal himself. I firmly believe he would see that as totally against the guy code. Plus, Pauline likes the quieter guys, I think Sirius would be a little too boisterous for her (though I believe they'd be good friends). I'm trying to transition into doing more original writing, so a sequel is probably not going to happen, but there may be an epilogue. In case there is not, both Sirius and Severus (and Polly and Remus) would have played a huge role in each others life and in Harry's life. It wouldn't have been a conflict between them. Thanks so much for the review! I'm glad you enjoyed the story so much.
I loved it. (Except for the fact that tears are pouring down my face and my nose is running.)

I've never reviewed on a story before, and I must have been a lurker on this site for four or more years. Your story took me on an emotional journey, and it hurts that it's over. I think about the characters all the time, and I've grown to love the family dynamic you weaved. Your Severus, in particular, was incredible. I'm glad we got to see what brought him to the point of being "Uncle Sev." The story progressed at a believable pace, your new characters fit flawlessly into the story, and everything seemed so real. The only downside that I see is that it's over, and I would have preferred Harry go with Snape, rather than Sirius. I'll be on the lookout for your future stories- I would also love to see an epilogue. Thank you for the journey.
Author's Response: Wow! Thank you! What a nice review. I'm not sure if I'll do an epilogue, so will say this just in case: though Harry did go with Sirius, Sirius and Snape would have played equally large roles in Harry's life, and they would grow to be very good friends.

You can't end here, not when you called the chapter the beginning! We need to see how real Harry and sev interct! Epilogue, please! Or better yet, sequel!!!!

I enjoyed this story very much. It helped me deal with a difficult situation with allowing me to escape into your world for a little while. It was well done and I hope you will consider a sequel to this.

Yes, yes, yes! An Epilogue! I liked this story so much - it was such a different and believable premise. The changes in Severus from a snarky man who had difficulty trusting anyone to the man in the end who had a family and was loved by so many, was so gradual that it all made sense. Your character development was awesome. Even all the children came across as real kids in their own right with their own personalities and not just sketchy extras. The end was bittersweet. Many of the people Severus had loved were gone but there is the promise of a new beginning for him. Great job and thanks for sharing it.

EPILOUGE! Or even better, sequel.
I need to know what happens next, I NEED to know. This was a really great story and I was sad to see it end.
I would love to see Severus get together with Polly again. But, I fully enjoyed this story. I would have loved to see what they would have named their little girl.
Author's Response: Hey Outlawgal! Thanks for the review! I'm so glad you enjoyed the story! I actually was going to have them say the name of their daughter over Christmas with Harry (so in chapter 3 or 4), but it was getting long so I cut it. In case I don't do an epilogue, her name was going to be Fiona.
