I'm kind of surprised that Snape has to attend a Death Eater meeting. Since Voldemort hasn't shown his followers that he returned yet (if we are going by canon), I wouldn't think that they had reformed yet. At least Severus has talked to Harry and Nitty about hoe to act around each other so that should minimize most surprises there.
Harry and Severus have so much in common. It sounds like they may be starting to heal each other.
