I just found this story, I don't understand why Draco wasn't being expelled for trying to kill Harry. Also wouldn't Harry have the ability to demand a trial against Draco?
Author's Response: thanks for reviewing! I do plan on addressing those issues a bit more eventually, but it'll take a while to get there. The simple answer is that Dumbledore believes in giving people second chances, particularly given Draco's circumstances.

Man Snape is making me mad lol, but I guess that's what you're going for. Great job with this story. I really can't wait to read more. I'd like to see Harry getting upset because he's struggling with all of this so much and maybe going off by himself somewhere. And of course I'd like to see Snape eventually finding out that Finn is harassing Harry and that it wasn't Harry's idea. I really like this story.
Author's Response: Haha, yay! Yes we have to have a little of the obnoxious, biased Snape. But don't worry, he'll come around eventually. And yes, things are building inside Harry right now, but it will definitely explode at some point.

Poor Harry.
I thought that maybe Snape was starting to be more fair with Harry.
Did the others not get punished too?

Author's Response: I'm so glad you like it, and thank you for reviewing! Yes, the others got punished too, just not as badly. It will be explained a bit more in the next chapter. I thought about explaining further now but I don't think it flowed as well so I saved it for the next chapter.
