Oh, please. "Private Drive"? One of the most elementary mistakes in HP fan fiction. Your typos and grammatical and punctuation mistakes are irritating enough, but there's no excuse for getting such an important canon name wrong. The Dursleys' neighborhood is full of streets named for plants; Privet Drive is one of them, since privet is a kind of shrubbery used in ornamental hedges.
Author's Response: Well, goodness, I'm sorry if it annoys you. There are nicer ways of making a correction. Incidentally, I'm also an college level English tutor. My grammar and punctuation are quite good, according to the English department at my college. I've never gotten less than an A in an English class. Mistakes are things that happen, even to the best. I've even found typos and grammatical errors in everything from science journals (those people don't know how to use commas) to novels, to textbooks. These errors include typos, missing or added commas, and even missing words. Have a happy new year!

Can Harry not get a break. Snape protects Draco, but leaves Harry to the wolves. Poor Harry.
I hope that someone finds out soon what happened to Harry and rescues him.

Author's Response: Well, Snape had to choose between Draco and Harry, and he made his choice. It was impossible to save both. If he had (somehow, don't ask me how) collected Harry from the Great Hall, the Death Eaters would have already gotten Draco - and as was shown, by saving Draco, he had to leave Harry. Glad you like the story!

I have to say I was surprised, but mostly confused, by the reveal of Moody. I know the man's mad, but this seems seriously overdone. Oh well, fanfics don't have to make sense. :)
She should have transfigured Moody in to a mouse and eaten him, no evidence and no proof that way ;)

I can't believe that Minerva killed Moody, nor that Snape was going to hit Harry. Those poor boys. I hope that Snape gets a hold of himself and becomes the guardian that they both need
I am so worried though, that it will be Snape that will get blamed for the murder. You left us with a cliffie. Hope you can update soon!
