Reviews For Spiral of Trust
Author's Response: Thank YOU for having been such a faithful reviewer from the very beginning when I started posting. It has been much appreciated!
Author's Response: Thank you so much for repeated reviewing throughout the story! I have enjoyed taking part of your reactions to the different events :-) I'm partivcularly glad that you approve of the Grief swallowers.
I loved you story, how humans your characters are and reacts1. You really managed a believable post deathly hallows story and I must say I was happy to see Ginny and Harry disagreements because it felt a lot more real than there sudden love in the books. My only disappointment is that I want to see what happens next to Harry and Severus lol Last point, I love your Severus, he is perfect to me and you gave him much more depth than J.K. Rowling and he deserved it. I was not bothered by you writing style and believe me, I abandoned lots of stories because of it so don't sell yourself short :) Thank you for writing and hoping for a sequel ;) Author's Response: Hi! And thank you for the review! I loved to hear that you approve of the way I have developped the original characters. It is quite important to me that their actions are logical and psychologically believable. The greatness of JKR is that she inspired all us fan fic writers with her world - when all is said and done, it all still belongs to her :-)
Author's Response: Thank you for your faithful reviewing throughout the story! Those reviews are what makes a writer keep on going and - maybe not writing the story, because you do that a lot for yourself, but taking the trouble to proofread and post the story. I'm so glad that you liked my take on Paris!
Author's Response: Thank you! I'll definitely think about a sequel - I already have some ideas :-)
Author's Response: Thanks! Naturally I have ideas for a sequel where Harry enters either an Auror or a Healer's career (or both!), but it is the time-consuming process of writing that scares me a little, so I'll have to think about it. As it is also very awarding and satisfying to create stories, I'm sure I won't be able to resist coming up with new ones, though :-)
Author's Response: Thank you so much! - Your review warms my heart and boosts my writing ego :-)
Author's Response: Thank you for sharing your opinion of the story! I'm glad that you liked it and held on until the end. I introduced Mrs Steadfast in the story mainly because I wanted a female character in a position of power who would take to and, in a way, protect both Snape and Harry (in that aspect Mrs Steadfast replaces Dumbledore in canon.) She also acts as a cushion when the two protagonists pick fights with one another and forces them to explain themselves to one another, so inadvertently or not, she helps them. I did intend to keep an open mind to a possible romantic relationship between Snape and her, but in the end it seemed that Snape still had not come to terms with what happened to Lily and his feelings for her, so even if Mrs Steadfast developped feelings for Snape, he is clearly not receptive yet.
You did a brilliant job, sad to see this story over after all the time, but really happy it's now complete. Author's Response: Thank you for this and several reviews before! I have enjoyed the spontaneous character of them and I agree with you: Severus would have needed some sort of closure with Lily, for his own well-being, because as it is now, it still affects him way too much, but maybe a friendship with Harry might help him overcome that?
Author's Response: It came through alright :-) Thank you for taking your time to send me your review. I'm so glad that you liked the story. |
