I was happy to see a new chapter. I like how well Sirius and Severus are getting along and I'm glad that Severus and Harry are finally connecting. It must have been a big surprise when Snape found out that Pauline had a child. I hope he will get back to her soon - she is bound to be upset by his just taking off that way. Harry in the Forest was a neat scene. Poor Severus must have been beside himself. The poor guy has had a tough day. Lots of good stuff in this chapter. I'm glad you got it posted.

Still loving these stories! I reread today before starting the new chapter. There's a lot of misinformation floating around -- all well-meant -- and I wonder when (if) Harry and company will find out that Severus wasn't friends with James, Sirius, and all. Glad that Sirius is getting some information about why Severus is distracted.
It's not critical, but there are occasional technical errors (spelling, punctuation, homophones, etc.) in this series, which I mention only because I lose my immersion in the story when I come to one. You might want to add a beta reader who is strong in that.
