What a neat chapter. I'm glad that we had a glimpse of Pauline. I think Sirius is right about Snape not talking to those he cares for the most. He is afraid to approach Pauline and I imagine he feels equally confused about Pauline. I really like your Sirius. So often he is a such a pompous ass but your Sirius comes across as a caring and loyal man.

I was delighted to see a sequel to 'Visions of Sugarplums.' That is one of my favorite stories and I wondered if Severus had tried to change things at all. You didn't disappoint. The scenes with Harry and Sirius were fun and showed their feeling for each other so well. I especially liked Dumbledore's conversation with Sirius about continuing to try to get in touch with Snape as the Potters had with him. Severus is starting to change and I'm looking forward to finding out what happens next.
