Dobby, of course. I never thought of him. Dumbledore and Snape will never figure out what was done since they don't know the house elf. I enjoyed Ron's panic at having the twins so close to him. Ron searching for signs on his back made me chuckle.
Wow. Those owls are persistent! So they finally found Harry and Snape. Looking forward to finding out why they can't come to Severus' house.
I'm glad that Harry saved whatever was in the bag. I wonder if it is one of the missing owls?
Hahaha! I loved that last scene. Snape was probably on his way to find just what Harry showed him. Severus worrying about breaking Potter was funny, too. I can imagine the two of them watching each other trying to figure it out.

I like your descriptions of the various things in this chapter. The idea of Fudge in a woman's suit and all the accompanying bright colors, made me chuckle. The neighborhood around Snape's house really sounded rough. If Harry is going to leave the house, he is right, he needs to become familiar with the area.
Severus must not have remembered what it was like to be Harry's age or he would have provided something for Harry to do. At least he can go to the park and get out of the house now. I hope they will be able, at some point, to address Harry's nightmares. ;-)
