Very good chapter I loved Severus on the knight bus!
Snape really is unhappy about Harry being there. Yelling at him for going through the cupboards doesn't make sense as he should realize. After all, if Harry is expected to make breakfast and lunch, he will need to know what is there and where everything is. Not a good start.
So the Dursleys moved away. That must have been a shock for Harry. So much for the blood wards that were supposed to protect him.
So the Dursleys didn't bother to pick up Harry. Dumbledore won't be happy about that. Poor Harry seemed to be doing a lot of falling and stumbling. After such a long day, he must have been glad to get to bed, even if it was hard.
I really loathe DD. He just dismisses people and their concerns like they aren't even human or sentient. He lies straight to their face and has the power to get away with it. I honestly think sometimes he's a sociopath or psychopath in that he can't connect or care about anyone other than himself. He doesn't experience guilt or remorse or shame for his actions. I hate him!
