Yes, another chapter of one of my favorite stories! I don't know how you do it but excellent job yet again. I absolutely loved this chapter. The emotions are great and so realistic. You portray Victoria and Snape's internal struggle so well and I enjoy seeing them work toward resolution. Victoria realizes that she does need and want to be wanted and Snape is trying to work on his temper. Great job showing that without changing their personalities.
Dumbledore still gives me the creeps. He is so manipulative. He's insisting on calling her Harry and the try to get her to sneak around and lie instead of encouraging a good reslationship with her father. To me the whole Hermione visit seemed like a bribe to get on her good side. Can't wait to see what his game is. I hope she will still be in slytherin both for the extra drama and to get closer to Severus.
I'm curious to see if Victoria will get caught being out? Maybe Flitwick or Minerva?

A change of house for Victoria and suprise visit of Hermione, not sure if visiting Headmaster was a great idea! looking forward to seeing what Headmaster has up his sleeve!

I really get a sketchy vibe from Dumbledore, you can really tell by the subtle way he tries to get Victoria on his side by saying he looks out for her best interests and then emotionally blackmailing/bribing her. Not to mention how he insists on calling her Harry after he sees Victoria introducing herself as Victoria Evans... I love this work in progress
Oooh, I was so skeptical of Dumbledore, but HORRAY FOR HERMIONE! I wonder if the Headmaster is going to offer her a home with the Grangers-- that'd be really great, seeing as Victoria is a girl, and I'm sure Hermione will help her adjust better than Snape seems to be!
Speaking of Snape... I wonder how he'll react when he founds out Dumbledore is trying to take his daughter away...

Aww, yay! Hermione! So will Harry be offered a place to stay with Hermione's parents? That could be okay, except the fact that Hermione's parents are Muggles and can't protect the girls with magic should the need arise. I can't see Snape agreeing to it, not only for Harry's safety but also because he wants her, actually wants her. I think Harry will see it and agree, but maybe not after he catches her lying and out of bed, and meeting with Dumbledore. I wonder if Snape knows Dumbledore wants to take Harry away from him. Fantastic chapter, I can't wait to read the rest!

Yay! I thought it might be Victoria when Dumbledore said she was Snape's victory! (and I'd much rather be named Victoria then Freesia).
