Author's Response: Yeah, this book seems to be going a lot slower than the last one because I want to make sure that it's as canon as possible. That means a lot of research, and a lot of flipping back and forth between books - but it's worth it, in my opinion. ^_^ Thank you for being a loyal reader!!
Harry's party was great! I loved all the fun hats that the attendees received. It's always neat to find out what sort of gift ideas authors have for Harry Potter characters. These didn't disappoint. Albus' sounded especially perfect for him. Purple and it dispenses lemon drops - he may never take it off.
Author's Response: I'm so sorry it too me so long to respond. But thank you so much for your review!! I have to admit, it made me smile because it took me WEEKS (literally) to come up with the perfect party hats for everyone. It was kind of ridiculous, lol. I'm so very glad you liked them!! ^_^

Love this chapter. Glad Lily's in Slytherin
Author's Response: I'm sorry it took me so long to respond. But thank you for the sweet review!! I was originally going to put her in Gryffindor with the rest of her family. But I'm with you... I think I like this WAYYYY better. Plus, we haven't really seen her Slytherin side yet (just wait until her family is threatened.) *rubs hands together* Muhahaha... I can't wait to get to that part of the story!!
