I absolutely loved this chapter and the way in which Severus is now putting all the pieces together.
Harry & Co. are doing a good job eliminating horcruxes. Albus should be proud. And Severus has really seen the light about Harry and realized that the tow of them have more in common than he imagined. Do I see an adoption in the future?
Author's Response: they sure are and he sure should be! and yeah the pieces about harry are finally falling into a complete picture for snape to see– possibly leading to a closer relationship in the future ;)

I love this story! The slow build of Severus seeing the truth about Harry's personality and upbringing is incredibly satisfying and very believable. I am both sad that the story is nearing the end, and excited to see what the conclusion will hold. Thank you for the lovely story :)

I put a lot of effort into making it that way and I'm especially glad that you find it satisfying!! and don't worry about nearing the end because I am going to be writing a sequel after I take a break to write some other things (unfortunately, the other things aren't harry and snape centric, so they won't be posted here) and thank /you/ for reading and reviewing!

YES!! Snape is connecting the dots into Harry's true home life, the moment we've been waiting for has come! (or is more to come as well? omg) Can I just say this was one of the most creative ways I've ever read Snape finding out about Harry's sufferings? From a freaking horcrux. In awe. Great seeing Ginny being the one to break from the trance first, that's really inline with her character and I wish more fics would put her into that kind of role.
I'm still in disbelief that they've ended up destroying horcruxes, never would have guessed that's one of the areas this story would be going into just from the description. I've no doubt that the story will continue to be amazing. Thanks for the update!
Author's Response: as far as more to come... the realization that snape knows is purely one sided ;) I’m definitely proud of how I led snape to the realization, so thank you for saying so!! and right??? I feel like ginny gets shortchanged a Lot in these kinds of fic’s so I wanted to take the opportunity to give her a chance to shine and in order to have the freedom I want to explore snape and Harry’s relationship, I have to get rid of voldy plus there’s lots of fun drama that comes from the hunt yknow ;)
