I am very intrigued by how this is going to go, and especially curious how/when Severus is going to come in to the picture. These types of stories are always so...ugh I can't think of the word, but they're hard to read, and equally hard to write I imagine. The scenario itself is uncomfortable but does happen in real life (unfortunately - especially in this day and age of technology in our hands) and I really feel like, if done well - a story like this could serve as a warning for any of the younger readers who come across it. Especially the way you're writing Gary - I can just see this serving as the perfect PSA for being on watch to Pedophiles. I sincerely cannot wait for the next chapter. Your writing is always so captivating, and draws you right in making the reader want more! Thank you for this intro Author's Response: Oh, I do as well! And I leave the absolute worst reviews, as much as I might love a story I just never seem to be able to find the right words! Thank you for yours though!!! I am hoping that this will help people recognize the signs of sexual abuse, as it is unfortunately something that happens quite often in real life. My own story differs quite a bit from Harry’s but I still find it helpful and a bit soothing to write or read stories about this topic. The way I have the outline now, Severus will be arriving around chapter six! Hopefully I’ll get the future chapters out soon, thank you so much for your support on all of my stories!!! |
