Snape’s lecture went better than expected. I’m glad that Snape is making observations about Harry that could contradict what he thinks he knows about him. That end sentence was hilarious.

The party scene was entertaining. Snape will undoubtedly be displeased at what he discovers. I’d love to see Snape overcome his misconceptions about Harry and learn more about his true upbringing.

Thanks for posting on P&S! I always enjoy a classic Harry-lives-with-Snape story. I’m curious to see how all the relationship dynamics play out, and am relieved that Snape and Draco showed compassion and restraint towards Harry at the chapter’s end.
