I do not care for the bad language and have to skip it as I read. Honestly,it doesn't add anything and you're writing is excellent. Author's Response: I'm glad you enjoyed it! For me, the swearing adds to it only because it acts as a reminder of where Snape came from before Hogwarts. Like in the first book where Rowling has Snape spit on the ground. That's not generally something you would ever see the Malfoys do. But Snape does it, and that's actually a clue for what we find out later in book 6. I feel like it would be the same with the swearing. I hope it doesn't bother you too much, and you're able to skip it easily. Thank you, so much, for reading and commenting. |
