Love your take on James as step-daddy. Hagrid sounds like he does in the movies too. I'm gonna read this over again because i love it so much!
Hee! I love this! I do believe this is the first story I've come across in which James, Sirius, and Severus cooperate. It was utterly enjoyable and strangely believable!

How nice of you to label the flashbacks in your story, as I would have never guessed that's what they were. Most authors chose to write them seamlessly into their stories, rather than randomly plunk them in.

This was such an endearing tale!! I love Daddy!Severus. Severus is such a wonderful character with such depth of personality. You portrayed him very well, exactly as I would expect him to behave with a young son. Unless you truly meant this just to be a one-shot, I would recommend continuing. Well, I would humbly request that you continue. Again, a very well-written piece. I commend you.
