So good to read this again.
Yes, you can indeed pride yourslef with this story
What an excellent tale!
I've decided to read some of the earlier works in the archive and was very please to find your stories. This one really grabbed my attention and I enjoyed it very much.
I liked how you kept most of the POV in Harry's head so we readers didn't immediately understand Severus motivations as he cared for Harry at first.
I also liked how the trust between them slowly developed--much more realistic than you find in some fics on archives that I won't mention. *grin*
I also appreciate your not having Severus hex the Dursleys to death, even though they really did deserve some sort of censure for the neglect and emotional and physical abuse that they gave to Harry. It was nice seeing Severus take the higher road (even though he really didn't want to!).
I really enjoyed that last scene in the courtyard. It was so peaceful and I could just picture it in my mind. :)
Very well done! This is going on my list of fics to re-read.

well done. A difficult story to write. Snape was in good character and Harry was way to stubborn, but then again trust isn't something that would come natrually for a preceived enemy.
Really good.

Awww omg omg omg its over that was completely and totally beautiful! I LOVED every bit of this story! You're work is wonderful! It really is!
Aww excellent. I especially loved the idea that the moon tear was a comfort gift for children and that Snape would think to give Harry one. They went through a lot together- and both still stayed in character! Excellent!
Great story! I was sooo pissed with Snape's attitude in the beginning and how he kept drugging Harry. But as time, went he slowly changed to be a bit nicer. Overall, excellent job on your story!
