Oh my... I just realized that Harry and company sound a bit like the Smeagol/Gollum conversation in Return of the King and the argument in The Two Towers of the Lord of the Rings trilogy. Of course, the Ring's posession of a person could be said as bringing out a second, completely evil personality, but that conversation in the first part of this chapter was well done. I applaud you.
Wow, this is good, and I'm glad that Harry has finally intigrated!
Have you by chance done any rescerch on any of this? I have a good friend with MPD, and she has several of the same charecteristics that Harry has. She was also abused, and she doesn't remember it, because one of her personalities, the Gryphon (Yes, a half-bird half-cat mythological creature) is keeping all of the secrets from the rest, I believe. It is hard to talk with someone with MPD unless you know when to expect the personality shifts and what triggers them. This is very well done, I must say.

I just completed reading this story straight through, and I must say it was fantastic. It kept me captivated until the end and I'm very happy that Harry got his revenge. Thanks for such an interesting and unique story.

What is it with wonderful stories that keep me up all night???? This was an interesting take on the effects of an abusive childhood on Harry (and by corrolation--other abused Slytherins!). A satisfying action/adventure that was nicely rounded out. Thank you so much for writing and sharing! Glad Humpty could be put together again!
