Summary: Harry is Severus' younger brother who was stolen at birth by either James or Sirius (writers choice). James and Lily must be alive, they also must have a son older by 2-3 years than Harry. Harry must be the same age as Ginny. Sev's and Harry's father must be good, also must be a wizard. The truth must be found out close to Christmas by the class Harry's in doing some kind of heritage potion. When the truth comes out Harry's real parent take James and Lily to court, they must end up with custody of Harry, Harry must be resorted under his real name. Harry must find it hard to cope with his new family so he tries to run away, but ends up found. Story must have no Voldemort- Voldemort must have died before Harry was born when Voldemort attacked James and Lily's son 2-3 years before Harry was born. The elder Malfoys must be good, they also must be Harry's godparents. Story must have corporal punishment for rules such as harming himself or others.

Summary: In Harry's 1st year harry finds out he was stolen from his real parents his brother happens to be Lucius Malfoy the parents are still alive harry real name is different the potter's are alive with two older children the potter's treat harry with love harry stays with Severus while the courts case is on. the potter's eldest is the boy who lived harry at first is in Grifindore who most turn on him except for Ginny,the Weasley twins,Neville,and his adopted brother and sister so he is resorted end up in slytherin harry is really a girl descised as a boy by the person who stole her and the potters adopted her from a magical orphanage/children's home

Summary: Harry has an older brother whom the Wizarding world mistakes as the Boy Who Lived. Harry's family go with it to shield Harry from the fame and likely targeting of being the Boy Who Lived, thus enabling him to grow up and fulfill his destiny for the good of the world. James and Lily are still alive and treat both sons the same with the same amount of love. The family and family friends know the truth of who the real Boy Who Lived is and they are protective of Harry.

Harry can know the truth or not.
Voldemort can remember the truth or not.
Would prefer the older brother be enough years older that he remembers that night.
Would prefer good Snape, with Snape being Harry's godfather.
Would prefer good Malfoys, with Narcissa as Harry's godmother.
If the Dursley's make an appearance, would prefer they are good too.
Older brother can secretly be Snape's child, or can be James' child.
