Harry was bored since Snape had classes and Charley had2go2classes so went outside, but the older Parkinson girl scared Harry when he was talking to a snake, and so Harry had2stay with Snape in their rooms until Poppy can come to heal him. Snape was upset because Harry didn't know the snake was a very poisonous snake, and Harry was hurt when scared. Harry had an accident and now upset and Snape in a hurry. Snape realized his mistake, and once returned apologized to poor little Harry, and now plans fro Molly to watch Harry when he cant. Mrs. Weasley and her sons Charley, Fred, George and Ron and her daughter Ginny came over through the flew because Snape has to go to his classes, and are playing and learning together, but Harry misses his daddy each time he has to leave and is having some stress. Hagrid got Harry to talk about what happend and now he and Mrs. Weasley understand what the latest issue was. Harry enjoyed the rest of the day, but Severus noticed Harry seemed a bit destressed, and so had Molly explain what happoned. Severus is going to try harder to get Harry to open up so it will help, and Molly said she will help as well and will be back with her kids tomorrow. Harry had a nightmare of when Petunia burnt his hand and he didn't put up a silencing charm for once and alerted Snape in his sleep so Snape was bale to wake and comfort him and with some persuassion got Harry to tell him what he drempt/happend. Harry had a good day with the Weasleys and Snape asked Harry to tell him what he learned. Snape and Molly discuss how Harry will be at the Burrow and discuss Harry a bit as well. Harry plays with the boys and Ginny with flying around the yard. Harry is a bit confused when Ron says he hates his brothers after he found out they tricked him, since Ron doesn’t really seam to. Harry was worried and stood up to Fred and George when Fred pushed Ron down, but they seamed sorry after, so Harry is both confused and worried. Then Ginny told Molly where the twins were when they wandered off so now he’s afraid Ginny is a tattler. So, when his father has to leave for Hogwarts Harry is very upset and reluctant to stay behind and so Severus has to promise he’ll return for Harry before he’s calmed down, though Harry still wants to be with his dad. The time to pick Harry up was arriving but Dumbledore made Seveerus have to hurry to his office because he felt it was extremely important, but when Severus told this news that’d he’d be late, Harry went into a state. Severus at first seeing Kingsly and madam Bones in Dumbledore’s office, after regretfully leaving Harry though the flew-call, thought he was being arrested and became quite upset that Dumbledore was doing this to him, after realizing this Dumbledore quickly told him these people were there because Sirius Black escaped Azkaban, this made Severus upset over his son’s safety. Severus consoled Harry after going to the Burrow, but must now ask Molly and Arthur for help, what with Sirius escaped. Look4chap17!

Comments: While at the Dursleys for Harry’s fifth year summer, Harry feels the guilt and plans to get Sirius and Cedric back by going back in time with a time-turner. Harry reads about years ago that there was a time-turner that could send him back exactly where he wants to be with one flip of the timer and that it was last at Snapdragon manor. Harry flews to the manor after removing the boards on the fire-place at Privet drive and finds out that that was years ago and that now Snape lives there. Harry is all bossy and bull-headed and mouthy and gets punished by Snape for it. The next day Snape goes back to Privet drive and after Petunia complaining about Harry and how they reluctantly took him in and people keep dieing who get close to Harry, and later finding out Dumbledore advised so since it was safest, Snape had Harry stay, and Harry dose for the whole summer. Snape becomes Harry’s guardian since it’s the law for the commendations. There were problems, Harry got sick by a curse in the fireplace, Harry went nosing around and ended up destroying Snape’s privet potions lab, Harry got in trouble when disguised breaking through to Malfoy manor trying to get necklace that was supposed to take person back in time when ever they wanted to which didn’t work and got busted by Narcissa to Snape, Harry got in trouble many times some by accident but most completely his fault, and got punished accordingly. Harry gives up time thing, with new realization. Harry and Snape slowly but quickly form a bond. Draco has to come to Manor when mother away, since Snapdragon manor only a few miles away and Snape godfather. Many issues and fights and jealousy, and Harry hurt Draco and Draco almost succeeded in killing Harry, but were also punished accordingly. Harry and Draco eventually get along and team up to get back at Snape for punishments, all in fun, but still very bad. They punished and Snape and them get closer after since Snape had to keep preventing himself from smiling since he thought it was funny with his hair still having paint in it. After Draco leaves for a little more than a week, Harry and Snape get closer and pick at each other and after all of this they get a very good understanding of each other. Snape adopts Harry just before time to return to Hogwarts and Snape to be DADA teacher. Harry and Snape very close since in private NOW call each other Harry and dad, and plan to keep up façade at school for sixth year with exceptions to closest friends and teachers knowledge, but plan to secretly spend some time together. An interesting thing was revealed that Snape had feelings for Neville’s mother, which is why he hates Bellatrix so and torments Neville, which Harry tried to fix but failed. Harry is now in train with Neville while Hermione and Ron Prefect and Snape watching first years, on way to Hogwarts.The sequel is starting with Harry getting along well with Snape but having a little batter, but it ends up alright with teasing. Hermione is being suspicious if not very nosey, Ron oblivious yet I don’t really think that the positive change is really noticeable between Harry and Snape. Harry trying to keep their new father/son relationship secret. Little Slytherin boy shy and sad and Harry being friendly to him. Harry and Draco keeping up façade as well, with jerk-ness, but not really much so far. New Potions teacher is a bit off people think and I find her suspicious, she wanted Harry to come see her Saturday without telling anyone and for no apparent reason. Harry and Ron now off to see Hagrid. Harry has improved in classed due o his over the summer studying. Harry told Ron everything that afternoon and then went to tell Hermione but she told them snippily that she already found out by observation. Harry had a argument because Snape had sent Draco to follow Harry since he had no friends basically so had nothing to do and Snape was worried to prevent any bad events occurring like every year. Harry was rude, and bull-headed, but Snape explained later that night after some more snippy exchange of words and heading to his office, and now they are alright. Harry headed off to that Potions teacher and had a freaky, weird encounter/news. Harry returned to his dorm a bit after midnight to find Snape in the common room, a bit pissed because Harry didn't tell him about his excursion after he asked Harry to tell him if there was anything unusual happening. Harry worried what Snape will say/do. Snape punished Harry back in his office CP style like usual and Harry felt regret and agreed not to lie to Snape again. In the morning, Harry mentioned starting the DA back up but then left, and found Worty and are both going to find Draco. Harry finds out Draco told Worty Snape is a vampire and Worty was pissed when Harry said a bunch of things that proved Draco’s statement false. Harry gets back at Draco for spying on him by telling Worty Snape is Draco’s godfather and he tries to tell Worty what Snape dose to Draco when he’s bad which leads to the two rolling on the floor and teasing each other. Snape puts an end to it and talks to Worty and then has to end another fight before sending the two off. After some fooling around Harry gets pressured into telling Hermione and Ron at dinner that Snape spanks him. Ron seems unfazed and Hermione is overreacting and the two got into a bickering fight over Hermione being so uptight that she’ll never get a guy and Hermione stating how Victor writes to her still, so Harry left. Harry got confronted with the crazy teacher and told Harry to come with her to see something.Harry didn’t know what to do, worried about Snape’s reaction if he went, so faked scar pain. He was sent to the hospital wing, fussed over, and tried unsuccessfully to explain he was well. Snape came, fearing the worst, and Hermione seemed to finally be pleased with Harry and Snape’s relationship. Harry finally got to tell Snape and the man was furious, and students are in a panic about Voldemort attacking, but Snape managed to get Harry to his rooms. Harry vents that he feels like everyone feels bad for Snape that he has to live with Harry, which caused Snape to laugh and tell of how all the Professors pestered him and received some lecturing from McGonagall and Poppy, so it is quite the opposite. Snape threatens Harry that if his recklessness get himself injured again he’ll suffer a long awful punishment. Snape also states he is going to cut Harry’s hair, oh joy, plans to resume Occlumency lessons, discuss the DA, and have training to improve Harry mentally, physically and magically so he will be prepared. Harry is looking forward to showing his new dad he can do what is required of him for the Wizarding world. Hermione comments on the concern of Harry from Snape, and Ron agrees, and states that Harry needs a parental figure to prevent him from making foolish mistakes and so agrees with Snape’s ways. Harry mentions Draco sent to spy on him and Ron finds out, by Hermione stating she knows about Draco knowing of Harry and Snape’s new relationship, and also that she saw then playing with a snitch together, and to placate Ron Harry states Draco’s punishment is his own. Draco was rude to Hermioen in the Greta Hall so Ron mentioned to Draco about how Snape would punish him should he hear Draco talking like that, and Draco quickly realizes Harry told about him getting spanked by Snape, and so chaces Harry out the Great Hall and though Harry tries to explain Draco punches him in the eye to ‘make them even’. When Harry goes down to the dungeons for his haircut and training and DA discussions, he explains to Snape that he disserved it so Snape won’t be too pissed at Draco. After fixing Harry’s bruise Snape gives Harry his haircut, which later Harry is admitted to by Snape to being a child’s haircut from a house-hold book and Snape was quite smug, and they discuss that if the DA is to continue then their should be rules and regulations but it club has to be open to all. Comments: The Guiltless~ When Snape notices Harry wearing a glamour at the 6th year welcoming feast, he confronts him after a potions class, and removes the glamour. After much ‘persuasion’ Snape gets Harry to confess that his uncle was very angry about Dudley being attacked last year and blamed it on harry, so was much more harmful than usual and totally beat him. Thankfully, with just his hands, n weapons, though Vernon did back into Harry with the car thinking it would be ‘funny’. Snape gets Harry to tell him all the abuse, mostly neglect, he has endured throughout the years, thankfully not usually as harmful as this year, while Snape treats Harry’s injuries. Poor Snape can relate to neglect and abuse. Snape fire-calls Dumbledore, and gets Harry to explain what they were just discussing. Dumbledore promises Harry won’t have to deal with the same treatment as he has been, and then sends Harry to the hospital wing for Poppy to heal anything else Snape was unable to heal completely, while Dumbledore takes Snape with him, transfigured in muggle attire, to confront the Dursleys. Only Vernon is home, but they continue, and prove that Vernon has abused Harry and threaten him to treat Harry properly when Harry returns for 6th year summer and tell him that Harry will be accompanied with a member of the Order, preferably. Once back at Hogwarts, Dumbledore has Snape explain basically what happened at Privet drv. And then Harry is visited by Ron, Hermione, and Luna. Luna tells them that it’s not surprising that Snape was upset and took action, because it’s his job to protect Harry and last year Snape was mad at Umbridge for slapping Harry. Hermione then realizes this, and Ron reluctantly sees it after she explains. Harry then returns back to talking with Snape, and they have a serious, if not slightly emotional discussion where Snape tells Harry that for personal reasons he will continue to try and protect Harry. Harry passes out shortly after though, and when he wakes up, Poppy lectures him and scolds Severus for not remembering to take his potion. She then gives Harry, after Snape leaves, an envelope that arrived by flew, and Harry discovers a letter explaining that next time Harry returns to the Dursleys, he will be accompanied by someone. Snape also says a remark that if Harry doesn’t understand the four syllable words, he can always ask Hermione. Harry plans to write a letter back with four syllable words to show to Snape that he took the jab at his intelligence and shall prove him wrong at supposing Harry isn’t very intelligent. Also, Harry finds a toy solder in the envelope, and in the letter Snape states that it is a port-key that, if Harry needs it in an emergency, can be activated to go where ever Harry says and it will also notify Snape. Harry realizes, that since it’s missing an arm and has an H on it’s foot, that Snape must have gotten Vernon to show him the cupboard and gone in it and that’s where Snape found it. (Note, Snape let Dursley know that he was very unpleased with the treatment Harry was given and that just because they both agree that Harry is trouble, that he still doesn’t deserve that treatment) Harry, since he can’t get to sleep, sets out to write a good-natured letter back to Snape. Read sequel! The Poor of God ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Harry and Snape return letters to each other, and begin to sort of like each other. Luna really likes Snape, he is her favorite teacher and he is “very kind” to her and helps her from bullies. Dumbledore has a plan for Snape to ‘act out harshly’ so badly that it merits a warning for a sac, so that Snape will have a valid reason for the Death Eaters to not be suspicious of Snape being kinder to Harry. Snape warns Harry via letter of the plan, and shows it to Luna and she understands the message but Harry only vaguely. The plan goes awry, after some harsh words and some badly mixed ingredients in the Waking Dreams Drought, a incredibly complex potion, and Harry is hit with the potion trying to prevent Snape from being hit by it too. Snape feels incredibly guilty and so since the hospital wing is full of Hufflepuff girls with dragon-pox Snape offers for Harry to stay in his chambers until Harry’s injuries are healed and he has passed the affects of the potion, which makes you’re dreams seam real. Snape explains everything to Harry in the morning, before the affects will take place. Harry goes through imagining Snape as his relatives, his parents, Godfather, and Cedric, going through altered scenes and events he dreams, and Snape tries to help him through it, comforting, and ‘acting the person’ and waking him up whenever necessary. Luna was sent as help from Dumbledore the next day, or possibly latter that day after classes,, not sure, since apparently that was the potion that her mother was working on while charming ingredients as well, and was exposed to it and kept re-seeing her mothers death until she was passed it, since Luna had the experience before, she was to help and was a great help. She likes Snape a lot, he is almost like a more dedicated, more observant father to her, which Harry thinks later in the storey. Luna sends Snape off to bed since he is exhausted, and gets Harry to sleep. The next morning the sleep greatly imprisoned Harry and he is over the effects, just still sore so he is to stay with Snape until Snape finds him well enough to leave. Harry has formed a great devoted friendship with Luna. Dumbledore had Vernon at Hogwarts to confront him about a threatening letter to hand Harry over to Voldemort, but one day Harry sets out to the Hospital wing to get a pain-relieving potion after breaking the one Snape gave him befoe heading to his office, and Vernon attacks Harry. Snape saves, and then comforts a hysterical Harry after nearly beinf strangled, after which he is embarrassed. Dumbledore is taking care of Vernon, unsure how but will sort it out, but Harry isn’t going to ever return to Privet drive like they had originally planned and they are unsure who he will stay with during the summer yet. Harry accidentally hurts Snape’s feelings by him interpreting that Harry didn’t think Snape cared about him. The next morning, felling guilty, Harry sets out to apologize, he finds Snape in the parlor/linving-room and when he finally gets himself ready to talk, Snape starts talking, rather subdued and reminiscing-like, and he tells Harry how he had lived only about 3miles from Lily’s parents in a muggle town, seeing how is father was a muggle, and they had met at around 8 years old and were friends until they were 15. He explained that Lily was his best and only friend, at that in the event of 5th year * "Until you were fifteen," he says, cautiously, because he knows he is treading on dangerous ground. "Until your...your fifth year."Snape lifts his head then, and Harry, gobsmacked, sees that his eyes are very bright, as though on the verge of overflowing with tears. "That—that day by the lake," Harry whispers. "You called her a—""Don't say the word," Snape says harshly, and Harry recoils physically. "Yes. I called her that. Your father had humiliated me, and I was...I had, by that time, already begun to succumb to evil influences. You must understand," and Snape looks up, and Harry is shocked to see that his eyes are almost pleading, "the Dark Lord's doctrines of blood purity never meant much to me. My father was a Muggle, and I hated him, surely enough, but I had lived enough in the Muggle world—I listened to the Rolling Stones, I smoked cigarettes, I knew the Muggle world and I was not afraid of it. But I wanted what a life in the Dark Lord's service could offer me—security, freedom, recognition and scope for my talents—and so I learned to speak in a way that would make me acceptable to him, despite my deficiencies. And I wanted to remind your father that I had allies—that I was not defenseless—" Snape breaks off, looking away again. "Not until after it was all over did I even realize what I had said, to whom I had said it. I tried to apologize." Snape's fingers tighten on the glass again. "But by then, she had had enough of me. Of the company I was keeping."* And then after much more discussion, this is chapter 9 by the way, Harry explains that * "What I mean is, I don't blame you for not liking me. And you don't have to pretend you care about me when you don't, because I know that not liking me doesn't make you a bad person. You still protect me and look out for me, and that makes you an even better person, really, because it's easy to do good things for people you like. And I know you can care for—for people who deserve it." Harry flushes and looks away again. Snape's total silence is almost more unnerving than an explosion would be. "That's all I meant," he finishes weakly, with a shrug.* Harry and Snape get along as close friends basically, and Snape cares for Luna and Harry a lot, like his children. One day, after Dumbledore continues with his plan, but then some older Slytherin boys get pissed at Harry for causing Dumbledore to ‘disgrace their Head of House’ (since Dumbledore gave him a reprimand as planned) and attack Harry and Luna. Harry just gets a scratch, but Luna is slashed and burned on her face, and Harry uses the toy soldier port-key Snape gave him to summon Snape, and Snape bonds the stunned five 7th years and takes Harry and Luna to his chambers. He heals their cuts and gives Luna blood-replenishing potion, and covers them up on his bed. He then finds the boys and gives them a stern talk about their horrifically bad actions and then sends the boys to Dumbledore’s office, where two are expelled possibly one to prison for almost murdering Luna, one in in questioning of involvement, and the other two are to meet with Snape after he has a meeting with all the Slytherins. After the meeting, Snape goes to check on Harry and Luna, and finds that Poppy has helped Luna a bit more but she is still unconscious, and that the two will have to stay with Snape until they can regain mobility and such. Luna’s father is to be notified, and so Snape has the two in his bedroom on the bed transfigured into 2. Harry tells Snape that it’s obvious Snape cares about Luna a lot, and that he likes feeing worried about before falling asleep.Harry discovered Luna awake but was sent back to bed after Snape discovered him up, and he is not to over exert himself. Luna is recovering from her injuries, but she is happy Snape is there for her and that Harry will recover as well. Luna is told she can try to do things while as Harry cannot. She was told by Snape what happened and discovered by a trip to the bathroom that the Sectumsempera spell has left a scar on the left of her face and diagonally along her stomach. She got very weak be over exerting and got sore and so fell asleep with the promise of Snape waking her for another of her potions or if her father comes. She has doubts he will come, and now so dose Snape after she talked to him and he realized his mother also didn’t really notice people when they’re there. Luna is happy Mr. and Mrs. Weasley will arrive for Harry, but feels a bit odd about it. Harry is worried that because the Weasleys found out about his injuries that they were also informed by Dumbledore about Vernon attacking him. Look4chap13!

Comments: Summary: When Harry Potter comes to Hogwarts, Snape is forced to reexamine his initial impressions. This story is part of the series, Equilibrium and Evolution. The next story in the series is Evolution.When Harry comes to Hogwarts Snape is surprised by Harry’s appearance and his behavior, since he is so different from what Snape pictured The Boy Who Lived to be. Snape is usual cannon for most of the story, but he talked to Harry after class one time to discuss how Harry was copying off Hermione, which leads to Harry explaining that he sometimes forgets things that are on the board and how he can’t read the board well. Snape takes Harry to Pomphrey and they descuss his horrible glasses and she corrects them and has McGonagall get him prescribed with decent ones. Harry was happy that he could now see greatly and thanked Snape and Pomphrey. During some detentions Snape noticed how pleasant Harry acted about cleaning the cauldrons and found it a bit odd for someone whom was supposedly spoiled. Snape later talks to Harry after class about how horrible his essay was that he couldn’t ever read it. Snape finds out Harry, like most muggleborn students, has never been taught how to properly use a quill. He takes it upon himself to teach Harry I his rooms hot to properly take care of and use a quill and then has Harry return twice a week for practicing his penmanship. They continue to do this and Harry begins to like this time and Snape begins to like it as well. They later turn it into tutoring sessions and have annual tea to talk for a bit before Harry leaves and get to like each other. When Harry mentioned it to McGonagall, she was very surprised but was happy none the less and told Harry a secret that each Christmas she and Snape have an annual snowball fight and invites him to secretly watch, which he dose and it was quite entertaining. There was some friction at one part, but they both apologized on Christmas and Snape gave Harry a nice quill and ink and Harry gave Snape a homemade card. Both were happy. Snape considers his teaching methods during his fall out with Harry when he felt awful and after talking to Dumbledore, but keeping his friendship with Harry secret, he decides on not being so harsh in insults and to stop the students before their mistakes. Harry enjoys his time with Snape and so disregards any more doubts of the man concerning the Stone. When the occurrence happens, the teachers all went to help, and it was chaotic since he, Flitwick and Sprout were gone as was Dumbledore which they later suspect was planned so Harry would save the day, and McGonagall got knocked out when she went to investigate, butwhen Snape finally gets to Harry the battle with Quirrell is done and he picks Harry up, snarls at Dumbledore, and takes him to the hospital wing. Harry and Snape talk once he awakens, and Harry is happy Snape cares/is worried about him, but is confused with Dumbledore. Snape tells Harry that even though as Dumbledore said with him and Harry’s father not getting along and James lastly saving him and the whole complicated life dept, he didn’t come for Harry like Dumbledore thinks/said, rather for Lily and himself. Harry is happy Snape cares about him and gets Snape to later, before leaving for summer, explain his friendship with his mother. Harry had made a promise with Draco that if the boy told Snape Harry’s warning of the stone once he returned, Draco could ride Harry’s broom for a couple hours. Once Snape catches Harry and they discuss it, Snape is happy the Draco had a chance at a possible potential friend since he looks out fro Draco to prevent another total Lucius fiasco, and lectures Harry but lets him know he’s happy with Harry. During Snape’s talk with Harry about Lily, Snape finds suspicion that Harry really wants to stay for the summer and promises Harry he’ll write him since it’s obvious Harry won’t admit what’s wrong. After the students leave, McGonagall and Snape discuss more worry over Harry, as they did before concerning Dumbledore’s motives if it was a plan for Harry to stop Quirrell, about Harry’s reluctance to return to the Dursleys. Once McGonagall tells Snape of how they left Harry at the Dursleys, Snape complains about the stupid, inconsiderate, dangerous things that did and could have caused. McGonagall is shocked at realizing how reckless and thoughtless it was and they question Dumbledore’s sanity of it and decide maybe he was afraid they’d refuse if they had a chance. They decide, that after Snape has his meeting and awarding thing in France with other Potions masters and meets some old crowed people for Dumbledore, that they’ll arrange for Snape to pop by Surrey and check on things and McGonagall will ‘pussy foot’ around as well. McGonagall watches some outdoor activities/interaction and then talks to Mrs. Figg about Harry’s usual home life. Not liking what she saw and heard, she talks to Dumbledore, which turned into a disaster of him brushing it off and saying things are probably exaggerated and giving logical reasons on why it’s best not to get the Ministry involved and remove Harry. However, she isn’t pleased and so tells him she informed some professors to keep watch, which he wasn’t pleased about, but still thinks everything s fine. McGonagall sends a portkey and letter to Snape that she got no supports and needs him to return after the conference before meeting Order people. Sne also explains the situation to Flitwhick and Sprout like she told Dumbledore she did, and shows them he memories through a pensieve of the day she went and her talk to Dumbledore. They fear Dumbledore is focusing at the greater good and not enough on the persons involved. McGonagall also tells them of Snape’s worrying and their idea and how his relationship with Harry has changed, surprising Sprout and Flitwick remembering his improvement in classes and agreeing with the change. McGonagall also informs them of the necessity of keeping Dumbledore in the dark of this change, unfortunately. Sprout keeps watch on Harry, and Fliwick waits for Snape to return. When Snape finally gets the letter after the award and lecture conference thing he is concealed so no one will know of his involvement and is shown the memories. Horrified, he and Flitwick come through to Mrs. Figgs in the morning and go to retrieve Harry. They are dismayed to find him prisoner in his room, he used t live in a cupboard, and Snape stopped a serious belting from Vernon. Snape comforts Harry and Sprout and Flitwick take care of the Dursleys so no involvement and Snape takes Harry to the Infirmary. Snape treats Harry since Pomphrey won’t return till the week, and tells the other Heads of house the situation, Harry’s possible feelings, and how they must act/deal with the matter and handle Harry. They all agree and are surprised at Snape’s insight at child’s emotional needs and perception, which he explains he got from his mother. Once Harry awakens and Snape explains his and McGonagall’s concerns which brought them to Surry, he talks to Harry again latter. In this discussion, he confides in Harry and tells him of his abusive father, his horrible childhood, how his mother was too timid to help him, but when she did she stuck up and loved him, how after he death he was taken my his harsh and severe Grandfather and his father died soon, how he felt helpless and miserable and only later talked to someone about it as a young adult, and was shown that it was not his fault, but those people whom failed him. He tells Harry the same if for him, and that no one disserves it. Harry feels awful at Snape’s story, feels for him and realizes Snape understands, Harry clings to Snape and cries, and Snape hesitantly at first, but then comes to it, holds Harry and they comfort each other and hold each other for a long while. Harry wonders on how this must be how a regular child feels with a dad, and Snape wonders on those four people, now five, whom have found their way into his heart and if he should have hugged/held Draco more since his parents didn’t care for that, and if he did so now if Draco would take on to it or reject it. He wonders at what Harry has done to him, his emotional change, and puts Harry to sleep, thinking deeply. Snape forms a plan to McGongall after discovering Poppy has been Confounded with her knowledge of Harry’s abuse, so that Severus will appear to not be on their side, but they are going to try to prevent further abuse, they are upset about the thought of Dumbledore ignoring Harry’s treatment, and plan to prevent themselves and Flitwick and Sprout from getting Confounded themselves. Harry looks a little better and was glad to see Snape as he understands and doesn’t treat him different, as he tells Snape. Snape discusses with Harry his abuse, learning how Harry has been and is now treated, how Vernon never whipped Harry until that incident, and Snape once again tells Harry it wasn’t his fault and that the Dursleys are horrible. Snape learns why it’s hard for Harry to trust adults, as one time he told of his abuse the teacher whom tried to help was fired and he thought of as a horrible liar, and listens about Dobby and Harry’s fear of being expelled, Snape asks Roker the house elf to find out about Dobby and tells Harry he won’t be expelled and that his file will be cleared as Dobby is the one whom did magic at privet drive and not Harry. Snape tells Harry that sometime he’s going to have to tell Dumbledore of the abuse, and meets McGonagall on their way up to Dumbledore’s office, McGonagall has memories to show. After showing Dumbledore the memory of Harry’s abuse, Dumbledore shows surprise and resentment, which is a relief, and the Heads and Dumbledore argue about what to do, it is a risk for Harry’s abuse to be known and Harry’s blood-wards are the best protection, but the Heads really don’t want Harry to return there. Severus made it seem like he still cares less for Harry, but was appalled by the Dursley’s behavior a child, and was saving Dumbledore by suggesting he take Harry back to Surry and threaten , though not actually do so, that whatever abuse they give Harry will be turned on Dudley and also that McGoagall will cat watch on Harry every few days and report to Mrs. Figg. Dumbledore is pleased, the Heads still a bit upset Harry isn’t removed, they are all to Snape’s suggestion to not tell Harry let of this arrangement until he is improved, Snape reveals to a dspleads Dumbledore that the Heads have their accounts of Harry‘s abuse loged away safly with precautions should the need later on present itself, and Snape and McGonagall check on Harry, Snape promising Harry a supervised walk if he rests and takes care of himself. Snape and McGonagall talk in Poppy’s office and Snape reveals his hidden plan that he will only take Harry to Surry and Flitwick will help him take Harry secretly away with much charming and whatnot to make it appear as Harry is their and modify people’s memories so that the Dursleys and Mrs. Figg will see nothing amiss, and Snape will take Harry to a secret location. Snape, at McGonagall’s concern, tells her he is capable of taking care of a child and that he is covering his own dissapeaance with the fact the Dumbledore has a project for him. For precautions, the location will not be revealed but there is a back up if something should happen to Snape and they needed to find Harry, the Heads will discuss things at a private location, and that they will consider perhaps altering Flitwick’s and Poppy’s memories of their knowledge. McGonagall states her surprise at Snape’s willing ness and embarrassed him with a ‘sweet’ comment about himself, lol. Severus talks to the other Heads about his plan and after discussing the risk that could happen to them if they were caught, and still being determined n matter the consequences, Flitwick states he has a vague sens of Occlumeny, not a mater bit a small bit, and Sprout can take some much deserved time off fro four weeks to protect hr thoughts, after the four weeks Harry can go to the Burrow. Severus takes Harry for the promised walk and it is a quite affair, Harry mentions the cruelty of nature, how some young must fend for themselves, and then Severus and Harry have a brief argument over the prospect of Harry having nightmares, so Snape has them drop the subject of the Dursleys, before the pair continue their walk from the lake to the quidditch pitch in a peaceful atmosphere.
