Series Summary: As Harry enters his sixth year at Hogwarts, Voldemort's lengthening shadow stretches across the wizarding world and Harry is tormented by the knowledge that he alone can end this reign of terror. This series contains the large Definition of Home and Definition of Family. It may also have one or two oneshots from that world later on.  It's my take on how Harry's life would end up if Snape adopted him, and I'm attempting to keep them as in character as possible.
