About me:

I've been in fandom since before Harry Potter became widely popular in the US, before the movies, aka, a very, very long time. As such at this point I'm actually one of the "older" fic writers, even if I don't feel like it.

Feel free to check me out on ff (same UN) or AO3 (username Song) and I've written for about 20 fandoms.

I also LOVE oneshots.

One of these days I'll get back to finishing that fic... eventually.

    So, does the magic react only when Harry is IN danger, or when he BELIEVES he's in danger..? If its the later having him develop an anxiety disorder would be... interesting, to say the least.

    This is AWESOME!!!! I've always had a soft spot for disabled- specificaly paralyzed fics- but so few people actualy do them.

    Wait- so is he quadraplegic or paraplegic? You mentioned both the C spine and the T spine- which one was the place of nerve damange/paralisis? You mentioned that the C spine injurry was what caused him to stop breathing; was that due to nerve damage or just the position of his head?

    Author's Response: He's a paraplegic. The cervical vertabrea (in the neck) was twisted to a 9o degree angle whereas the one in the lower back was broken. I based part of it (the neck being 90 degrees twisted) on an injury my sister had in 1994 (though she broken another bone in her neck as well but not her back). Harry stopped breathing due to shock from his injuries and the position of his injuries.
