About me:

Hi, I'm Kim.  I live in Pennsylvania.  I have three children but two have grown and moved out.  One is still fairly young.  I've homeschooled the children most of their lives so I haven't worked in quite a few years.  I run a website called Spirit Talks where mediums meet and help others to hear from those who've passed.  We're on Hiatus right now as my web building software disappeared and none was included in my new computer's op system.     I love Harry Potter and the world of fanfiction associated with it.  Who knew there were so many talented and wonderfully imaginative people out there willing to give more life to characters who must rest for years between adventures?  I'm just glad there is!     Wow, that was a nasty curse. I'm glad it got Snape closer to Harry, I just hope the cost isn't too high. Now where's that next chapter?

    Yay! Snark... er... Snape has a plan! He was actually kind of decent to Harry in this one. Not too good too soon, though. I like how they're getting along. Very believable. Now get them out of there and fix Harry's eyes!

    Author's Response: Aw, man! You thought he was decent??  I'm gonna have to upload some serious snark for him in the next chappie!  Thanks, though.  I'm trying to keep everyone IC as much as possible, and only change the plot.  Glad to see it's mostly working.  :-)

    Wow, that was intense, frightening, horrible, and all manner of adjectives I'm too stunned to remember. I'm so glad you got them out of there. I love that McGonagall was the hero. She's always been one of my very favorites and has been grossly under utilized. Poor Harry. I really hope he can begin healing now. Good show! I can't wait for the next update.

    Author's Response: Thanks!  I've always thought McGonagall was way under utilized, too, especially given she's one of only, what, a half dozen registered Animagi?  And yes, now the healing can begin!

    Great chapter! Snape is great in this. I'm so glad Harry can see and you brought him out of the abyss. I really look forward to updates of this story because I like your writing style and I'm curious to see how you handle this recovery and developing relationship.

    Another wonderful chapter. Snape is great in this. Poor Hedwig, of all things. I'm glad you have Snape realizing what Hedwig meant to Harry.

    Author's Response: Thanks for the review!  Yeah, more will be made of Snape's background, and how come he knows how to deal with Harry.  But not till later.  I should have a new chppie out this weekend.

    Oh boy, this isn't good. This just isn't good. I loved the flying chapter. And the journal entry was funny. But this part isn't good. If Snape passed out WAY up there, where's Harry? No one can see them, so no one can save them. I hope Harry's ok and can save them both. But then I wouldn't want to be him when Snape woke up. I am so glad you're updating soon!

    Author's Response: Yeah, Harry's pretty much in for it, no matter what happens.  New chappie tomorow.  Probably.  Thanks for the review!
