- That was an amazing chapter. I love how this is coming along. Finally, they're telling Harry things he's wanted to know and what they're saying is terrifying. You've covered all the bases I can think of. Nothing seems to be left unexplained. I like it!

- I wasn't sure I could enjoy a story in which Harry was forced into Slytherin and to deny his friends. I picked it up again, though, and got through my dislike of that idea and am so glad I did. I found that you aren't making Slytherins great and Gryffindors stupid, and you aren't making Harry completely reject his friends. I was so happy to see that, that I was able to really sit back and enjoy the story. It really is very good with a lot of new ideas and awesome sub plots. I was sad to see it stop here. Very nice writing!
Author's Response: Thank you! No, Harry would never reject his friends, and it remains to be seen if he can ever get over his history with Draco or any of the other Slytherins (one of Harry's "flaws" is that he doesn't tend to change his established impressions of people, even when given reasons why he should). I think some stories really do Harry a disservice by painting him as someone who could just reject everything and everyone he's known. The friendships he's made in Gryffindor are not something any sane person should want to trash.

- This is truly an excellent story. I didn't give it much attention when it first came out because I really prefer stories in which Harry remains Harry and has the same friends and house. This time I gave it more attention because it's very well written. That continues to be the reason I'm sticking with it. It's an excellent story and Harry and his thoughts are excellently developed. I kept hoping that some things would be resolved before I got to the end of what's written, but alas, not so. So now I'm dying for another chapter or 12 or 20. I really appreciate your story.
Harry rescues himself as a baby and chooses Severus Snape as his protector, why? No one knows because the toddler isn't talking and no one but Snape can see him. Author known as Teacherbev at ff.net.
