Gryffindor!
Following the death of Sirius, Harry isn't sure what to make of the sudden appearance of a six-year-old boy. The pair form a bond, unaware they're half-brothers, and Harry decides to take the boy to Hogwarts and hide him there. To aide the boy's education, Harry anonymously exchanges letters with Snape.
A story of a how a young boy becomes a father-figure to another while their own father is oblivious of their biological existence. But can sixteen-year-old Harry give what he himself has not gained? Can he go an entire year without being discovered? Just how far will Severus go to find the writer of those letters...Or are some things best left unknown?

- Harry needs to talk to Doby as he is more loyal to Harry then Dumbledore and he could deffinitely aid them in hiding Toby.

- I think that Harry and Toby are not really brothers but then your comment about having the same hair made me wonder. Looking forward to the next chapter.

- Yeah I knew Dobby would work, and you also answered another question about Dumbledore seeing through invisibility cloaks. Over all this chapter smoothed over some questions and readied the stage for the next chapter... I love this story!

- I somehow missed the last 2 update, not sure how that happened but my work week has been hectic! As for no liking this story.... I think it's the best one on this site right now. So Snape doesn't think it's possible, Harry is unwillingly starting to see the obvious, and then there's still Toby, I can't wait to see where all this goes. My only concern is that you will kill of Snape in the end and that Harry will still never truly experience a family, except as an adult. Looking forward to the next update.

Yes, something seems to be going on with that as I updated the last one a week ago etc, maybe it wasn't showing up properly, hm. And wow, really? Of all the great fics on here you think this one is the best? I'm honored to hear that!! Haha, and yes your phrasing is correct. As for your concerns, I cannot say because I have only barely begun to plan how this Hogearts year is going to end.

- I know I already reviewed once but I was sitting here thinking about the question you asked a couple of chapters ago and I had an idea and wanted to pass it on. What if something happens to Snape and he needed a blood+ magical transfusion, the Baron knows about Harry and Toby anyway that could be a odd way of them realizing that he is their father. Does Albus know that Harry is Severus' son too?
Author's Response: I'll take any reviews I get :). Which question are you referring to? That is an interesting idea indeed, however his mother would merely be the one to help with that rather than the boys. And the Baron has his own code with these sort of secrets, he is about to indicate that he knows anything of the sort. As for Albus, no, he doesn't know however I can't say more since it depends on what was in that memory Sevus reluctantly showed him, which will be revealed in due time. Being the brilliant man Dumbledore is, he likely strongly suspects that it's ssible, though.

- The parchment is a great idea. Christmas lunch was good too, but I keep hoping that Toby asks Harry to make the paternity potion and then have Toby be afraid of adding his blood so Harry shows him using his own blood. What a big surprise that would be. That way both boys get a least a grandmother.

- I really don't want Severus to die, even if it is for his sons. I know Harry has been the big brother/father figure for Toby but Harry has never had that... I would really like to see them leave Hogwarts and maybe deage Harry a little so he too could have a childhood with a father and little brother. I think the boys could have a lot of fun with pranks and potions, even enough to make Severus wish he hadn't passes on his love of potions.

- I was hoping that Harry could make the paternity potion for Toby and Severus, and then when Snape says something about Harry's skills Harry could test it and then Snape has to acknowledge (eventually) that both boys are his.
