After a failed spell is used on Harry, he is accidentally deaged. Voldemort, angry with this failure, orders Snape to get close to the boy and then bring him to Voldemort. With Dumbledore telling him to follow along for the moment, Snape has to deal with a 7-year-old. But no one could possibly foresee what fate has in store for Harry Potter and Severus Snape.

    Oh... I love this! I had first passed it up thinking I would not like a slave fic... but... my son read it and told me it was brilliant so I gave it a try and ... He was right!!

    Author's Response: Oh, thank you!  And tell your son 'thank you', too.  I'm really happy you both like it!  And I know slavery is sensitive, and I would never condone it, but as I said in another response, I'm really thinking of Harry's case as more like someone whose life is changed by an accident or a disease, rather than a typical example of slavery.  I'm trying hard to have Severus treat him as a person who deserves innate respect, even now when he still can't stand Harry.  I'm glad you gave it a try!
