Yes you still have readers. Please don't make us wait so long for the next. I really loved the prank in this. Very funny.
Author's Response: I'm thrilled that people are still interested in this story and I'll try not to make everyone wait as long. The prank is the same one from chapter 10 in Brothers and Fathers, just from a slightly different POV. Thanks for the review!

I'm enjoying your new story very much, as I have your others. This one made me want to cry for Harry at the end of this chapter. Looking forward to future updates on this and Potions Professor.
Author's Response: Thank you very much. Yeah, Harry is having a very difficult time now, poor kid.
When Harry runs away from the Dursleys at the start of 3rd year, he is captured by Death Eaters and nearly killed, resulting in the loss of his magic. Only one man can help him now, Severus Snape, who has just discovered a shocking revelation . . . Harry is his son! Follow Harry and Severus as they attempt to build a relationship, resolve past conflicts, and heal Harry from the trauma he has endured.

I'm loving this story. I especially like the interaction between Harry and Severus. Its not the typical interaction that is usually portrayed and I like it. Keep up the good work.
Author's Response: Thanks so much and I'l glad you're enjoying this. I tried to do something different with them, since most of the other stories have them fighting like cats and dogs before they finally decide to get along, but to me that would be unrealistic here, given the circumstances. Yes, Severus was strict and nasty to Harry in class, but he wasn't abusive like the Dursleys and therefore Harry can get past it and see his father in a different light, as Poppy encouraged him to do. After all, he's the only family Harry has that's willing to care for him, and he did have a reason for acting that way.

I love the new chapters. Mia is a hoot! I hope she shows up again. I thought Sev's treatment of Harry was spot on. I don't let my kids mouth off to me. Have fun on your trip to Florida, wish i could go too.
Author's Response: Yes, she'll be around some more in the end sequence. Thanks for the great reviews and I'll try and send you some sunshine!

Wonderful story. As to a sequel: yes, please. There are too many things left unanswered. Many of those you touched on in this chapter and I want to find out what happens.
Author's Response: Yes so does everyone else, but right now I need to finish up Where Shadows Go, the prequel to Never Again, and my new fic, Arms of a Dark Angel before I tackle the return to Prince Manor. If you haven't read those two, check them out.

Another Excellent job Snapegirl. So sad and so beautiful. I'm looking forward to reading this story, I have greatly enjoyed all your other stories too, I rarely review though, sorry.
Author's Response: That's all right, as long as you're reading and liking my stories, I'm happy. This one will be sad and romantic and the end will be...well, I won't spoil the surprise.

I loved this chapter. It reminded me of my oldest daughter's love of drawing on the walls too. I found out WD-40 works great for getting crayon off the wall, my own magical mess remover (hey maybe that's what it is...)Thanks for the smile.
Author's Response: Probably! And there\'s something we use at work to get permanent marker and nail polish off our bathroom walls called Van-Go, works miraculously, but it does smell...ugh!\r\n\r\nAlways glad to make someone happy! :)

Once again you have come up with a wonderful story. I particularly like the little lesson in forgiveness that Sev gives at the end of this chapter. Thanks for a good read and keep up the good work.
Author's Response: You're very welcome. I feel that forgiveness and redemption are good things for everyone to read about, that's why I love Severus, for he is the redeemed hero and shows that even if you screw up, you can always go and do the right thing and be forgiven.
