Severus does have a heart lurking beneath those black robes..it is encased in ice though. The ice is beginning to crack and Sev is a tad out of his depth with Erin.

Put yourself in Erin's shoes. I think you would be a bit of a brat as well if you were thrust into the unbelievable. Especially if the person charged with helping you come to terms with things was so very nasty all the time.

Glad you are enjoying the story. I don't imagine Hedwig would be too thrilled if she actually encountered Pumpkin, but that's not very likely. She's around Crookshanks in canon and Crookshanks is often seen snuggling up to HArry. Hedwig isn't exactly a cuddly pet, is she?

You'll have to wait and see what happens with our three major characters, I'm afraid.

Don't worry about the mistake. But I wonder if you realise that the rating is up to ten. And that equates to the five frogs that show up next to the chapter. IE: if you want to give a story four frogs, you would rate it at eight. Don't ask me why...stupid system.

Glad you like the fic though. And I am sorry to say, I can't write as fast as you are imaging I can write. I have written up to chapter 28 of this story. But I did not start posting here until quite recently. Therefore I had a big backlog of chapters to put up.
