    I think Slytherin for the house would be a good way to continue Ians intensified dislike of Harry, but Ravenclaw would be a good way to separate him from his father and cause anxiety and thus intensify the dislike of Harry also.

    I don't know that I'd like to see Draco in this one or not. I was really hoping to get to see them go to Diagonalley in this chapter, and I really thought it would be here :(

    I do hope Snape makes the connection between the blood on Harry's clothes and the broken potions bottles in the bathroom, and discovers the abuse. Snape discovering the abuse doesn't have to mean he suddenly likes Harry because of it (in acknowledgement to your earlier Author's Note in another chapter) it simply means he can understand more about Harry and what he's been through.
