So....hello! I'm Angelauthor14, age 15, british. I adore all Snape-raises-Harry fics and I have been writing my own, which is coming along well. I have also written a one-shot (which is fast looking like it is going to turn into a longer fic!) about the Potters speaking to Snape's portrait and that was so much fun to write!

 My favourite ever Guardian!Snape fic is Kbinnz's 'Harry's New Home', it is amazing.

There are many other amazing authors on this site too which is slightly intimidating as I'm sure I will never measure up to any of them but it is a lot of fun to read their work!

    You characterise Snape and Harry so well, I think it's so sad that Harry just wants to do this for Bellatrix, to get revenge for Sirius. *runs off to get another tissue*

    Author's Response: Thanks. Are you running out of kleenex yet? LOL! Yeah, it is sad, isn't it?  Harry can't think of anything but revenge at this point, but he will will get some rewards that he wasn't expecting out of this "arrangement".

    It was cute that Harry thought it was all a joke though, and even in the middle of his...rant-of-denial shall we call it(?), he corrects himself ("Snape and I- uh...Professor Snape")

    Very cleverly done, when I read the summary I thought it would be very hard to do in a believable way but this chapter really brought everything together and you pulled it off realistically and beautifully.

    Awww don't you just love Remus? I think he's so sweet, he's so gentle and caring. I think you portrayed him perfectly. This fic is going really well so far!

    Great start, Pandora! I'm really looking forward to the rest of this, it's lovely to see that it's finished so I can read it all at once.

    Author's Response: Oh thank you Angel. I really wanted it to be finished before I posted it, so that it would flow better, but I was worried that it was too rushed.

    You portray Severus so well. The Headmaster makes me laugh, because he is so utterly Albus Dumbledore.

    Oh, I appreciate that. Snape's character is very challenging to write at times. You want to keep him in character but have him grow as well. It is a very diffulct feat indeed.

     

    Chuckle chuckle. Yeah, Albus is very Albus...lemon drops and all.

    The last line was so sad! Poor Harry. I loved how Dudley was the one who stopped Vernon, and he was so nice to Harry. It just supports my belief that there is good in all people.

    Author's Response: Yeah, poor Harry, but at least his cousin is finally showing some sign of being human.  I'm glad that Dudley is rejecting his horrible parents teachings, and starting to think for himself.  I believe that everyone has good in them also.
