Hahaha!!! Volauvent! Utterly, utterly priceless - what I wouldn't give for Harry to call Voldy that to his face if they met! Very, very funny - and the second half was very sweet - 'very special child' - awww! I wonder what Snape would say if he knew Harry thought he was 'forcing' affection on him! I'm still hoping that Dumbles won't turn out to be a manipulative bastard - I like your version of him too much, but I'd still be enjoying the story even if he did! Wonderful chapter, as always!
Author's Response: No, DD won't be evil in this AU, just human and fallible.

Ooh, exciting end there. I loved your rendition of the troll attack - most original I've ever come across, especially the tobogganing! I'm really glad you put up two chapters instead of one, but somehow I seem to have read through them both even faster than usual. Hmm, must have been the exciting action! I do want to find out what Harry and Snape have to say to each other, as well as what will happen about the Quidditch match. Please update soon - these chapters are as brilliant as always!
Author's Response: Thank you! I'm very flattered by your comments. :) Hope you enjoy the later chapters as well. :)

Wonderful, wonderful chapters! Both unique and both full of a plot that I really didn't want to stop reading! Harry having a tantrum at Snape was brilliantly done - the anger at the 'injustice' and then the worry about whether Snape still wanted him - both emotions were very believable. I liked the way Snape admitted he actually loved Harry - very Slytherin - and Harry's admission just made me go 'aww'. The Quidditch match - well, you had me on the edge of my seat again! AND it was original! Typical that Harry caught the snitch anyway :D I can't wait to find out what Snape will do to Quirrel... Thanks muchly for writing! I love it!
Author's Response: Thank you! I was worried that the tantrum wouldn't work - but you described everything I was hoping to achieve with it. :)

LOL! Snape really has no idea... Aww, taking Harry out for ice-cream was sweet. I liked the way you dealt with Sirius - brilliant idea, and the comment about the chocolate and women made me laugh - it sounded exactly like something Sirius would say to the press. Very amusing and enjoyable!
Author's Response: LOL! Gotta love Siri. I view him as this loving, thoughtless, emotionally-driven, big, brave, nitwitted kind of person who never had the chance to grow up (the way most of us do in the decade after leaving school) and so is making up for lost time even as he exasperates his more mature peers (ie Remus!). Glad to hear you like my rendition!

Awwww! I LOVE THIS! Best chapter ever! The last two paragraphs are brilliant, and the whole scene between Harry and Snape was very emotive and believable. You were very sneaky about slipping the first 'Da' in - I didn't notice it at all, in fact I had to go back to see where it had happened - it was a very natural place to put it as well. Thank you for working so hard on the last few wonderful chapters!

Wow! I am in awe of how many chapters you've managed to update! I have to say that I love them all - Harry's detention especially was inspired. The way you're managing to fit in the events of at least five books in this short space of time is amazing! I love this story!

Absolutely fabulous story all the way through! Ten out of ten! The progression and plot points kept me hooked all the way through, and the way you managed to fit all seven books into one story is laudible. I wish you all the best with those publishers and literary agents - you definitely deserve to be acknowledged!
Having cast the Sectumsempra spell on Malfoy in HBP, Harry has to deal with the consequences. The story is written from Harry’s perspective and starts in the bathroom directly after the curse hit Malfoy and Snape rushed in and healed him.

Nearly finished? *sad* Never mind, I shall enjoy the remaining time until you post the epilogue re-reading! I think this was a very well thought out story with good emotive reactions - plus there was never a dull moment! Thanks for sharing!
Author's Response: Thanks for your review! I was so happy to read you enjoyed the story, and especially that you found no dull moments, thank you so much!
After the Dursleys' deaths - yeah, I cried, too - Snape unwillingly becomes seven-year-old Harry's guardian. How long will it take for him to give his archenemy's son a chance? WARNING: Contains corporal punishment, i.e. spanking, of a child.

I really like this story, it has great potential, and I'm looking forward to reading more! I especially liked the way you introduced Sev, you captured him perfectly.
Author's Response: Thanks for your comments! I think Snape usually gets portrayed as being a lot nicer than he really is. Even if they start getting along better in this story, I can't see him ever going fluffy on us.
