Title: Chapter 7: Visits 11 Jun 2011

I repeat--Poor Harry. It's going to take more than a few gentle (or even pointed) questions from Sev to get information out of our boy. I get the feeling he has been trained very well not to talk.

Or, if he really does not know about the injuries, then that open a whole different can of worms--one that has the figerprints of old snake face all over it.
I loved the visit and the Dichotomy
between Draco and Hermionie's views on the world.

    Thanks for the update.

Author's Response: You're right, Snape won't get any information out of Harry just by asking! I'm glad you like Draco and Hermione; they're very different but both quite quirky in their own way, which makes them fun to write. Thank you for reviewing!

    Creepy!

Those muggles certainly didn't do anything to prevent old snake face from grasping a stronger hold on little Harry, did they?

Author's Response: No, old Voldie probably thrived on the fear and loneliness they instilled in Harry's mind... thank you for reviewing!

    Wow!

    Tough read, but well done.

    Thanks for the update!

    Well handeled!

    Love Marlowe!

Author's Response: Thank you! I'm glad you like Marlowe - I do, too :).

    Duhn, duhn, dunn. . .

And he's gone. I doubt he wandered anywhere, so was it a spitefilled fairy, or some other creature of the dark wood, or did old snakeface rear his white eyes and sprit the boy off.

Snape had best NOT have a heart-attack right now and get moving!

    Thanks for the update

Author's Response: Yep, Snape had better get his act together! Harry'll need all the help he can get... thank you for reviewing!

    creepy!

Although I Can't help but be a bit miffed at A.D.--Sev had Harry back for a moment. . .

Author's Response: Thank you! Not to spoil you, but yes, Dumbledore is playing a dangerous game...

All I can say is you had best fix this quick. . . or do something truely horrible to the old goat of a Bumblebee. . . I am not pleased with him at all!(although Sev's reaction could not have been handeled better-Bravo!)
    V.

Author's Response: I knew you'd be mad at Dumbledore (you didn't like him casting his "Protelo" spell, either!) :)! I can promise you he'll have to deal with the consequences of his actions. Thank you very much for reviewing, I'm glad you liked Snape's reaction!

Title: Chapter 17: The Child Under The Tree 07 Jul 2011

that was sweet--and so much better than King's Cross. . . I forgot that harry had to die to get rid of the 'crux in his scar. . . but I really like that he took care of the Baby and got it to it's mum. And that it was James and Lily that were there to meet him.

Lovely chapter. . . now send him back to Sev please, it's got to be pretty depressing on the other side right now.

    V.

Author's Response: Thank you! I think at a young age, children find it easier to act on the spur of the moment (like Harry did when picking up Tom), and just follow their gut feeling. Young adults like Harry is in DH may find it more difficult to get over the fact that the baby is actually evil old Voldemort. I'm really glad you liked the chapter, thank you for letting me know!

I like it! Harry as Snape's apprentice is a great solution to the problem.

One technical comment--near the end--durring the "Snape/Dumbledor conversation" it became a bit challenging to follow--unclear as to who was speaking and what exactly they were talking about. You might watch that in the future.

    Thanks for the update!
    V.

Author's Response: I know what you mean - I wasn't quite happy with this part of the chapter either, but couldn't think of another way of having Snape recall his conversation with Dumbledore. Maybe I should have made it another scene altogether. Thank you for the concrit!
