- Oh, I really like Augustus. It's very believable actually that, despte his grudge towards Eileen's choice of husband, he would be willing to accept Severus and Harry. After all, he's not immortal and staying angry with the past is pretty useless. It may sound morbid, but most old people are like that. I would know - my grandfather is very keen on making amends with his past, and he's almost ninety.
Nice chappie. I'm really glad for Severus and Harry. And Augustus too. :)

No, it doesn't sound morbid at all. My dad's been doing a few things like that for years, trying to let go of old grudges, because an Italian man can hold a grudge for years . .. they invented the vendetta after all.
All of them deserve each other and should make a happy family. Though on occasion Sev and Augustus will butt heads.

- That's really sad. It always breaks my heart to read about Harry being abused. But thankfully, there's a snarky Potions Master to save him, hehe. :) I loved that you kept both Snape and Harry so well in character, and, in the end, managed to bring some reconciliation between them (even if it turns out to be temporary). Nicely done.
Harry liked green. Green and silver. Green and silver tinsel, all over Snape’s couch. And the Potions Master in not impressed. But then he wasn’t in the best mood to begin with.

- Lovely little fic. Somehow, you've managed to make Snape irritable and affectionate at the same time. My heart constricted every time Harry had those "this isn't really my home/room/dad" thoughts, but then you go and put a huge smile on my face with that ending. Thanks so much for this wonderful Christmas story!

- Very nice Christmas story. There's a healthy mixture of both angst and humour, and I was very moved by Snape's "punishment" and the effect it had on Harry. Well done.

- Very nice and Christmas-y story. Perfect. I had to laugh out loud at Harry's logic; loved the place where he reasons that Santa must be 'shy'. And the ending fitted wonderfully - definitely something to put everyone in that special mood of Christmas when the extraordinary happens and wishes come true. Thanks for the beautiful story!

*tries to pull herself together and fails miserably*
It's haunting, girl. Like really really haunting. The contradiction - as in this case, between the father's love/protectiveness and duty to his spy-position - ultimately meaning a opposition between Dumbledore and Vodemort - is heart-breaking.
I feel like finding a random shoulder to cry on. Hard. For a very long time.

- Such a tender, sensitive and, more importantly, sensible image. I think it'd be very plausible for Snape, after going all that torment of having to watch his own son being hurt, to revert to the other extreme: being a concerned/freaked out/frightened father.
Very, very intriguing drabbles! Good job!
