- Wonderful chapter as always!!! Missed your updates. I am glad Severus told Molly Now that she has seen their interaction together and just how sick the poor boy is, she will side with what are the right things to do for Harry, not the order. Of course Arthur and the Wesley kids will believe what their mom reports rather than what Dumbly says. Molly had to arrive at that meeting just spitting nails! You don't mess with a mom or even a mother figure where any of her "kids" are concerned. I think Minnie will too. I'd loved to have been a fly on the wall after Severus left that meeting....some Order members will finally see Dumbly for what he is, not what he wants them to see. I think Mad Eye will be the first. Hope you can update soon. Hope you had a great Christmas and Happy New Year to you girlfriend.
Author's Response: Thanks! Yeah, Molly will be on Harry's side. She's always been more concerned for her children than the overall war effort, which brings some balance to canon. I'm sure Dumbledore didn't get a respite once Molly returned. Perhaps at one point we'll hear about what happened. If anyone could reduce Dumbledore to take a scolding like a child, it would be her.

- Wonderfully written. Harry is doing the exact same thing I did when I was dignoised with breast cancer three years ago. You have this spot on!!

- Thank you for your understanding and caring charactizations of a cancer patient getting ready for treatment.......I went through a lot of what Harry is three years ago with breat cancer, even a Hickman port.......it's kind of like I'm reliving he fear, but from the oher side. Three years cancer free! I await your next chapter holding my breath.

- I love that Severus let Harry fly one last time!!! Harry is worming his way into his snarky's professor's heart. Harry is afterall Lily's son! I enjoyed the fact Snape is trying to make Harry understand that fighting is half the battle. Very good chaper! Can't wait for the next!!!
Author's Response: Thank you! I thought it was only appropriate Harry got to fly one last time. The next chapter is about 2/3rds done, I think. It was going to include the Hickman procedure, but Harry, Sev, and Flurry had other ideas, but I think you guys will like the next one a lot. =)

- This chapter is a nice break from the tension, a very touching break. I am a kitty person and I love the fact that Harry and Flurry get along so well.....nice twist with Flurry being Lily's cat!!!
Author's Response: Thanks! It's a little break. Perhaps I should've called it "The Calm Before the Storm"...Hmm, well the next chapter should be posted in an hour or so, so look forward to that. :)

- A great chapter as ususal. Wished they had knocked me out like that for my hickman. The pulling and pressure are the worse of the entire procedure. I think Harry's gonna be pissed the adults making a decision without consulting him, only because that's Harry..
Author's Response: Thanks! He's a kid, so he gets extra consideration. Kinda unfair to everyone else, isn't it? We'll see how Harry responds, I don't know which way it'll fall when I get to writing it.

- I cried. I cried because of having gone through the same thing. The "why me" card will pop up numerous times during treatment. I used to call it my "pity party." The worse I felt the more likely I was to have one.....I remember driving home from Albquerque after a treatment, hour and half drive, and bearly making it into the house and bathroom. Yes, the vomiting starts that quick! You nailed this chapter. My "Snape" was my wonderful hubby. But there was some days I felt so rotten I didn't even want him around. Great chapter! Can't wait for more. I'm beginning to think this should be required reading for any one who will be going through this battle!!!

I don't think Harry will ever use that wording thanks to his upbringing and fame, but I'm sure this won't be the last time Harry questions why it happened to him.
