And the slow evolution of Snape into a loving father is gorgeous to watch ^-^ have fun x Author's Response: Thanks!! ^-^ What a lovely review! I'm glad you're enjoying, so have a cookie!!
have fun and hope life's being kind ^-^ Author's Response: Thanks sproutchild! And Harry's just one of those babies that gets under your skin, even under the thick skin of Snape. But I've got everything all planned out, so no worries. Thanks for the review, and next chappies on the way!!!
Thank you! Doesnt his voice just make you melt? And I can imagine Sev trying to woo a girl with that one too (and wondering why he failed ^-^) Heh, yeah you might wanna feed little Billy, poets dont do too well when you starve them... stifles the creativity or something ^-^ (learnt that last year when I kept Oscar Wilde under my bed... at least I learnt something in year 12 huh ^^) btw, been reading this story again from scratch... more than once ^^... and have to say thanks for the awesome story again, it honestly makes any horrible day better it is that cute ^^ have fun x Author's Response: XD So happy you liked the sonnet!! I came across it when I wanted to listen to Alan Rickman's voice one day when it was a bad day! *dreamy sigh* I don't really care if he was cussing me out, I LOVE that man's voice!!! It gives such a...a...joygasm!!! The first time I saw Alan Rickman in something, I was like, "he looks pretty good. Nice body!" but then when I heard him speak, I was like, "OMG!!! I'm marrying that man!" lol I need to stop now or I'll talk about him forever. But yeah, I could TOTALLY see Sev reading that. But it does have a deeper meaning to it...it just comes off bad...but I'd be one of those stupid girls that wouldn't really hear the words' means and would just stare at him dreamily. Yeah, I GUESS I'll have to feed Bill. He's been pretty cranky lately, saying thinks like, "You, shrew, fetch me a fair meal before I murder you!" or something like that. I didn't really listen, I just shoved clothes in his face. XD But, oooo, Oscar Wilde, bet he was fun! ;D And thanks so much for the lovely complement! That really makes me happy! The whole purpuse of this was to make people smile, if not laugh, so I'm super glad you're enjoying. Have a good day!! :D
I just loved "But when hearing his father’s voice, little Harry grinned toothlessly around his bear’s ear". The image it brought to mind was just too gorgeous, as was Sev walking in to see Harry rolling around on the couch ^-^ I cant believe you ended such a lovely chapter that way though! The whole thing was positively exploding with fluff and then you manage to sneak a cliffy in the last sentence, very sneaky ^-^ - my thought is that it's likely Draco, but then I could be wrong and it was really a hufflepuff returning for his lemon drop (great idea by the way ^^) Cant wait for more, as always - this fic is very much like a drug or one of little Harry's giggles, always leaves you wanting more ^^ hope life is being kind or that it gets kinder (especially if you're in need of smiles) - smile anyway, once you start you cant stop (although you look a little crazy if you do it somewhere like a funeral... I would assume...) have fun ^^ x Author's Response: XD Hahaha! Thanks sprout, you really did just cheer me up a great deal! And Congratulations!! You're review number 200!! For that I give you candy and flowers! You're so lucky! I'm really glad you liked the images in here. I thought Sev's cold heart needed to warm up a bit and he's definately falling in love with his child, the way a father should. And I can't help being sneaky! I'm Slytherin after all, it's what I do. But I can't tell you who was behind the door until next chapter though. I wanted people to start thinking. I like it when people ask questions or guess at something. Let's me know you're actually reading. Thanks again for another lovely review! I always love hearing from you! And this really did make me smile, so thanks so much!
I'd love it if Harry had to naturally grow up again and could somehow avoid all the voldy crap he was saddled with last time he was a baby, it's never seemed fair that a kid should deal with the evil plaguing the whole wizarding world, it would be like expecting a teenager to win the war on terror, just a tad ridiculous ^^ I absolutely loved the gorgeous little scenes you always manage to slip in there: 'Lazily, Severus stated the password to the Headmaster’s office and went up the stairs still tickling the baby who was gurgling and grinning merrily' 'he was really seeing Severus Snape rocking and cradling a little baby, let alone cooing and saying sweet nothings to the child' And seriously, how annoying is Hermione being?! At least Remus was patient and Draco's keeping quiet (for now). Ok, rant's over. Please keep the cute moments coming, you got me hopelessly addicted ^^. Have fun ^^ x Author's Response: Oh my goodnees! Sprout, you just TOTALLY made my night/early morning here! I get finished with a crappy paper and low and behold a wonderful review is waiting for me! Ten points to you! But with regards to the review, you are getting my story EXACTLY how it's supposed to be! I'm absolutely THRILLED about that! You're asking all the right questions, seeing all sides, understanding the emotions I wanted to portray...what this review means to me just....just....*give bearhug* This is wonderful! This is really the highlight of my day! And I TOTALLY agree with everything you've said here in this review. I agree that it's pretty terrible to make children fight your battles for you. Not only is it just plan wrong, it's stupid even. And I'm UBER glad you liked my little fluffies here and there. I always want to show that Sev is a good person behind all that snark and CAN be a good father. And yeah, Draco's being quiet, Remus is passed out, and Hermione's still being annoying. I'm glad you feel that way about her, because that's want I wanted to go for. Thanks so much for the review and putting up with my big long rant too! Thanks so much again!! :D
I do love how incredibly awesome you are by the way - you realise you made me want to cry in the same chapter as laughing hysterically over this: 'But that’s when the water wars started and Admiral Ducky began a battle with Commodore Froggy. It was a terrible battle, resulting in many casualties, including Remus’s nerves' Very nice ^^ Quite awesome in fact ^^ ooh... I dont want it to end... nevertheless... Author's Response: lol FINALLY!! You're the only one that's commented about that line. It was one of my favorites really. I thought it was cute. lol So thanks for that! XD And I'm glad you both wanted to cry and wanted to laugh. I was going for that. But I'm kinda sorry you got sad...but the ending makes up for it I think. And thanks *blushes* your review makes me happy. I'm just glad you like it! :D
I couldnt help laughing at 'not until we get rid of that nasty photographer that’s been camping out all morning in the window trying to get a shot of him,” he pointed up. The three children and Remus looked up to see a wizard peeking through the window, but then duck back down once he realized that he was seen.' - it seemed so much like those bits in movies where everything is sad and serious and then suddenly there's this odd bit of humour that makes little sense... good one ^^ I continued to laugh... a lot... when I got to 'Albus winced slightly at the glare. That was not right; he had wanted to make Severus happy, not angry. “And as a special treat, and in honor of your Professor Snape I am hereby sacking Miss Dolores Umbridge!” ' - You captured Dumbledore quite perfectly with his little speech ^-^ Hmmm, and how do you explain Harry's rebabifying? (it is so a word ^^) - I'd love to think that Harry did it on purpose for Sev but it's quite likely that it was a malfunctioning antidote to blame... hmm... do you think you will write a sequel? (all demanding aside ^-^) I absolutely loved this you know, in all seriousness I'd wait rather impatiently for every new chapter and would make sure there were no distractions around because I wanted to get every ounce of cute out of it that I could, so thank you very very much ^-^ Hope you have a fantastic Christmas and New Year ^^ x Author's Response: lol XD No no, you're not demanding at all! XD I will write a sequel since it seems to be in popular demand. And I'm glad you caught the humor in all this. I really WAS going for those odd little movie type bits. Monty Python and Robinhood: Men in Tights comes to mind now that I think of it...but that's beside the point. And yes, it was a malfunctioning antidote. I've already planned to tell all about that in the sequel. But Harry was starting to see how much Snape actually did care for him if that makes you feel any better. And I'm UBER glad you liked this story. It was a lot of fun to write, and what started off with the intent to be a oneshot grew into this...with a sequel lining up. Thank you for reading, and you have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Years yourself! Thanks again!! :D On Halloween night, Wizarding graveyards come to life. Hoping to talk to his parents, Harry sets off for Godric’s Hollow, only to find…someone is already there.

I thought you write it really well, nice atmosphere and a lot of emotion for a halloween fic, very nice ^-^ have fun x Author's Response: Thank you! ^_^ Isn't it fun to shatter Harry's original thoughts? Lol, =) I'm really glad you liked it! Thanks for reviewing! Harry and Draco spend the summer with Professor Snape and come to learn how to overcome their differences and learn a little about themselves as well.

Cant wait to read more as always, this fic is really growing on me fast... like a good kind of fungus ^^ nice job ^-^ (btw, I like how your Draco is taking a shine to Harry too, although how he can think it would be good to fall under Harry's 'protection' when Harry's going through enough to make any sane human being want to off himself is a bit beyond me ^^) Author's Response: Well when you switch sides of a battle, it's always good to befriend the person who's strongest for the cause, and since Harry's the chosen one...lol...in a round-about way it makes sense. More to come on that later, though! I'm glad you're enjoying it! Thank you for reading and reviewing!
Draco's going through some interesting personality changes isnt he? I like how you pointed out the effort the increase in emotions is likely to take out of him ^-^ And how Sev doesnt seem to realise he cares ^^ I wonder how long it will take them both to discover Harry's secret and how much the care... oh the mystery ^-^ Makes sense that Harry would do something reckless, if I lost so many people close to me and was able to blame myself (no matter how wrong I was) I dont know what I'd do. Cant wait to read more, and hope your Christmas trip goes well ^^ Author's Response: Thank you! Lol, I know what you mean about being glad and it sounding awful...I'm a big angst fan, obviously. |
