Greetings from Virginia! I began reading Harry Potter fanfiction in 2006, and P&S is my favorite site by far! As a writer, I just hope that my readers will enjoy my stories. I always appreciate it when people take the time to leave a review!

 My hobbies include reading (of course!), quilting, Star Trek (TOS being my fave series), and I've recently begun studying Esperanto online.

I love cats, although I no longer have my own. But 26 cats have shared my life since I was a young child, and I have a plethora of wonderful, zany, and sometimes bizarre memories! (During the pandemic, I discovered a wonderful YouTube channel in Turkey--if you are a cat lover, please check out the "walter santi" YouTube channel and prepare to fall head over heels with numerous cats, plus Walter the dog! Santi is the white indoor cat.)

 Alan Rickman is forever in my heart. 🐢

    Hee! Absolutely adored Shadow's encounter with Titus! Just goes to show that not all feline behavior is pure instinct-- some has to be learned! (I could just SEE Shadow rudely sticking his nose into Titus' fur to smell him!!!) And who is the "other" black cat? Possibly Millicent Bulstrode's? (I suppose Harry never took notice of Hermione's scent when she was a cat-woman...) // Also, amazing details regarding Harry's training session. And he killed a boggart-- I didn't expect that! Hmm... Now I'm wondering if that foreshadows someone else's demise. We shall see... Terrific chapter, Keina!

    I enjoyed seeing Snape and Moody working as a team, although they certainly didn't fall out of character during their mutual endeavors! Their repartee is fantastic! Sharp sarcasm combined with biting wit-- you couldn't ask for more! I can honestly say that I've never seen another writer tackle their prickly relationship as wholeheartedly (and DELIGHTFULLY) as you have. Speaking of prickly: a hedgehog Patronus for Moody is priceless! Fits him to a T! Wonderfully done!

    Wow! I don't know how I missed this when it was first posted, but I'm so glad to have read it! Absolutely unique, especially the way Hedwig thinks about things. (And the description of Dudley was priceless!) Are we supposed to know who the curly-haired boy was? I'd wondered if it might be Regulus... Anyway, thank you so much for a wonderful story! My favorite moment was when Snape rescued Hedwig. Potter's owl, indeed!

    I was delighted at your writing style, especially the scenes from toddler Harry's point of view. The only drawback to your exposition was my confusion as to which characters were speaking or being referred to; I repeatedly had to backtrack and reread to sort things out after the exposition was complete.     Wow! Unexpected line at the end! The fireplace made me wonder about the possibility of Flooing out of the dungeons to somewhere beyond the castle itself, since the Floo system probably runs underground, except when arriving at the fireplace destinations. Just a thought, in case you were to write a sequel. Great descriptive atmosphere and action here!

    WHOOOOAAAAA!!!!!!!! That was HYSTERICAL!!!!!!!!! I was sitting in the exam room at the vet's, waiting for my cat's x-rays to come back, reading this chapter on my cell phone, and EVERYONE IN THE BUILDING heard me burst out LAUGHINGGGGGGGG!     This has become one of my absolutely favorite stories! I laughed SO often throughout at the way you expressed things -- this goes beyond merely good writing; this is sheer genius!

    My favorite aspect from beginning to end concerned the wonderful juxtaposition of Harry's and Severus' feelings, both working from opposite points of view over the same incidents, so that we see how each character feels, and how wonderfully they blend, even though they see things in totally different ways. (I know that sounds hopelessly generalized, but I also know that YOU know what I mean. Or, at least, I HOPE so!!!)

    I loved the scene with Quirrel's turban more than words can express! I was afraid the plan would go awry and they couldn't pull it off, but when they DID -- I couldn't stop laughing!

    Lord Volauvent! *snort* And Lord Voldesnort!! *snicker* And... the list goes on! I was actually ready to go to bed when I got the the AK scene, so then I had to actually FINISH the story... *shakes head* All I can say is -- what is that word again??? SUPERCALIFRAGILISTICEXPIALIDOCIOUS! (sp?) (Gred to Forge: "Say that five times faster!")
