- I'm really surprised that Harry still has that t-shirt. I know that I would have gotten rid of it altogether, but I suppose that he has so little that is really his that it is difficult....
I'm really curious about the red cubes. Are they just a monitoring device or is there more to them?

- I cannot believe that Dumbledore is actually threatening to send Harry back. Even if it is only to get Severus to take the child, to even mention doing so is repugnant. The Weasleys wouldn't hesitate to take Harry in and despite Dumbledore's 'worries' about the level of protection there, that is nothing that cannot be changed. Wards can be stregthened, after all. I do agree, though, that having someone who's focus is only on him is needed by Harry.

- I wonder how Harry will react when he learns who the woman is? Severus won't be able to keep it from him forever.
I'm glad that Severus got there in time to save Harry's life. It's really too bad that Harry has been forced to be so self-reliant for so many years. It is really hard for him to ask for help now and it is to his detriment sometimes.

- Oh, Severus! Whenever are you going to learn to stop putting the personality traits of James Potter on Harry? Harry has nothing in common with his father except for how he looks and half his genes. It would be nearly impossible for a child who was brought up as Harry was to turn into a carbon copy personality-wise of someone who an over-indulged and well-loved only child. Severus also has a habit of focusing only on the worst traits of James. I think he forgets sometimes that no one is one-dimentional. I hope that Severus will be forced to see that Harry is nothing like he CHOOSES to see him.... I really can't blame Harry for what he was imagining.
Severus thinks it was bad enough being seventeen the first time around. Having to live through it a second time is surely a severe penance he doesn't deserve. 2010 Challenge Fest entry. Response to the Student Snape Challenge by Foolish Wishmaker.

- In the end Harry did kill Voldemort in a way, didn't he? Funny how a potions accident led to the downfall of the late 'great' Dark lord. It's a good thing that they kept Harry's condition a secret, because if old Snakeface had known of it he might not have used Harry's blood.

Indeed, that was my logic. I thought it a touch of poetic justice that Voldie's own arrogance was responsible for his second demise.

- Dumbledore should have warned Harry. It is rather unfair to Severus that he kept the boy totally in the dark. I hope that Severus will be able to get Harry to listen, but fear that it will be easier said, then done.
Author's Response: I agree, silverstar. Unfortunately, canon Dumbledore didn't do that so I'm doing the same thing here. Thanks for the review. :)
