It's kind of a sad one-shot, about a lonely, depressing Christmas, when Harry visits his former professor. But in the end some sins win forgiveness, and the excruciating loneliness goes away for a few hours. Only because of Christmas.

- I love it that Erebus is taking note and changing Severus especially with the bullying. I have an awful feeling that Dumbledore is protecting the Dursleys because he wants to send Harry back, "for the greater good", horrid man! Thank you so much for a great story

Author's Response: Thanks! Canon Snape was logical enough to create a logic puzzle, so it seemed right to have him reason it out rather than have it smack him in the face when, say, a Hogwarts letter arrived addressed to Harry was dropped next to Erebus listing his address as in Snape's quarters.
