I am an avid Celestial Serpent fan (Snape/Sinistra), so it's a bit odd that I'd be on here. However, I wholly agree that Snape should have adopted Harry, so most of my stories will have that be the end result.

    Harry's "It's Draco" lines/excuse made me laugh. Your comparisons are amazing. I loved this line, "It was as if someone had let all the air out of a balloon, and left the empty shriveled shell of the toy lying on the ground to be tread upon." And this one was just awesome, "Sleep was nothing but a snare, lying in wait until it was inevitably trod over, causing it to snap close holding its victim fast." Harry's reactions to Snape are nice too. I love his constant need of affection/reaffirmation of this since as you said before Draco needs Snape's affection also. :D Great chapter *onto the next*

    lol... oh, boys, I so love you. lol. Awesome, DA. Three minor characters that we hardly ever see. :D Love the little tidbit of knowledge and the very interesting discovery of Muggle authors. :D Though, perhaps it's me, but do I sense a little strife between Sinistra and Pince? lol. Wonderful chapter. *onto next*

    Three characters? Oh! That's right...the others are in the next chapter. :D I hope that met your minor character quota. :P

    I tried to explain Xanadu without being overly informative...I really hope it worked. :D And the way I see it. A library is a place to gain all sorts of knowlege, so even a wizarding library would have some books by muggles. Besides, they Muggle Studies students might need to use them. :D

    AWE!!!!! I'm so loving the boys. Their impromptu snowball fight was just cute. I love the way Snape gets their attention. Too cute. Then again, poor boys, yes, poor, poor boys. :D love it! *onto next*

    LOL... awe...the boys are so adorable. Harry asking about Snape and Aura with Draco responding 'You're a moron' made me laugh. hehe... awe...

    Snape's Xanadu fits him perfectly, if that makes sense. And you were full of lovely descriptions/comparisions with it. Great job. :D

    Awe, DA. I love your story. You had me smiling throughout it and at times laughing like a happy and less crazy Bella. ;) So... does this mean I'll get a sequel since the boys (namely Harry) are plotting? lol :D

    Anyway, I tried to make the Auroa/Snape relationship subtle, but still obvious at the same time. Does that even make sense? And don't ask why I wanted it that way. I just did.

    Ooh, very interesting. I like how you have Harry feel so awkward around Hermione with the death of her father. I think the mystery will be good for them too. Very nice chapter. :D

    Author's Response: Thanks: I really wanted to capture the embarrassment and discomposure that many people feel when seeing their berieved friends; so many people feel angry or upset with themselves over it but it's natural to feel unsure as to what to say/afraid of saying the wrong thing. Thankfully, Harry had Severus to support him, reassure him and take control of the situation so Harry and Hermione could get over the greeting-stage with minimal upset.
