- Great chapter; I love Harry's procrastination over reading the letter- you've portrayed his thought process really beautifully and realistically- and the mystery of the Dursleys using an owl is a very good tension inducing device. I love how you've depicted the characters and their interaction.

- Beautifully written; I love how you've layered events to lead up to the very worst way Harry's letter could be read (though I expect Snape will be sorry for it by the time the letter's through). I love how you've portrayed the characters and Hermione's correct prediction was very funny.

- Great chapter, very interesting about the black energy; I love the way you're portraying Snape- as you said, the man is all about details. Harry's conversation about clothes was very poignant and I like the little details you included, like Marks and Spenser

- I really enjoy this fanfic; I've been reading it for a number of months and it keeps on getting better and better. I really like the way in which the plot has developed and your characterisation is very good.
