Rather than allowing Harry to stay at Diagon Alley after he blew up Aunt Marge, the Ministry sends Harry back to the Dursleys. Harry returns to school after a terrible summer, to find that he's not the only one with this kind of secret. A student has been killed by his family. New screening measures are put into place by the Ministry: Every student must be given a medical exam and interview to look for child abuse. With Dumbledore facing an inquiry, Snape is entrusted with the task of making sure EVERYONE receives one.

- NICE! Still would love it if Ginny did actually die though-this way Snape can have his "spirit force" back. Little brat doesn't deserve his spirit force....

No, it works like donating bone marrow, or blood or something. In terms of recovery, its a bit like donating a kidney, unlike a kidney, it will grow back, though. Poppy and Minerva will be all right, too. Eventually.

- NIIICE!! It would be quite a twist though if the next day Severus reads the Daily Prophet and finds out the Dursleys -all three have been killed, and has to tell Harry. MORE DRAMA AND ANGST-with a nice heavy dash of Harry and Hermione Harmony moments please!! Also more SNAPE!!

- AWWW! That is awesome! I absolutely love this story-also I have always seen Harry having a lioness more than a stag as a patronus! Also can you please have Harry in a relationship with Hermione? Those 2 are total soul-mates!
Author's Response: Thanks! :). Really? Cool. As for Hermione/Harry, I am not apposed to it however for the requirements of this story and certain factors that will be important later, he has to be with Ginny. Therefore Ginny is the only one Harry's going to have romantic interests in, sorry.

- AWESOME!!! PLEASE UPDATE SOON! Oh and can you please have Harry start acting like Snape and have everyone find out later that he is actually Snape's son with Lily? That would be awesome!! Also instead of having Toby be a half-brother to Harry, can't he be Snape for real but having used a time-turner to protect Harry but due to a curse that hit him before he used the time-turner, made him in to a child and upon impact of landing in this time time, hit his head and lost his memories? It would be so cool-but it is an idea!

Harry IS Snape and Lily's son in this, he just doesn't know it yet. Toby is not Snape, he is his own being and while your idea is interesting and would make a very intriguing fanfiction, it is not what is going on here. Toby is Harry's brother and snape's son, that is how I have planned everything. Not a bad idea, just not a good one for this fic. Thanks though.

- WONDERFUL!!! Oooh please have Harry be Snape's son-it would be AWESOME!! Oohh and here is another thing: make Harry due to many circumstances start acting and behaving more like Snape!!! Aah! That would be so cool-especially with all the Gryffindors having ot live with him! LOL! OH and please have Toby be Snape (explanation in one of my older reviews)-that would still be a great story!
Author's Response: Thanks! As my summary and the category for this fic states, Harry is indeed Snape's son, as is Toby. And as his son, Harry naturally takes after him as well, however it's not until recently that these things begin to become more noticeable, especially whe Harry's in a bad mood. Toby is not Snape, I am not going to change this, sorry. It doesn't work with the plot I want or where this is going.
