- Lol. Oh wow, that was fun. I can't believe I just read a story where Snape has arachibutyrophobia but that was brilliant. I love how Snape was forced to call in outside help for his potion (that must have hurt his pride!) and it was great that Harry was able to figure out why he was having trouble with potions. But to turn Snape's phobia into an addiction just in time for the salmonella scare... You're evil, you know that :) Poor Snape. It was so much fun watching him being tortured. The ending was brilliant, Snape finally getting his jaws open and then asking for what had been his downfall in the first place! Hilarious story!

Didn't see that one coming, did we? :o) Of all the phobias out there, that one's always struck me as being a bit too specific. Is there a phobia for the fear I have of that clown from "It" coming up out of the shower drain? I doubt it.
I happened to have a craving for peanut butter cups during the real scare last year -- granted, Hershey uses its own, so it wasn't part of the recall -- so if I had to deal with it, so does Snape. I'm thrilled you found the ending funny; that poem always cracked me up. Thanks for reviewing!

- I really enjoyed this, it was just great. I particularly liked the interaction with the cat, the way Severus took the cat off him - only to give it back when he'd shown Harry the proper way to hold it; he'd make a good dad :) The boggart was cool: Ripper makes a lot of sense for Harry at that age and I love the image of the skateboarding dog! It was cool when Harry made the light too, getting excited about what he'd done and everything (and more proof that Severus would be a great dad!). It's a lovely little story. Thank you for writing!

- Wow. Oh, poor Severus. What a beautifully written story. You did such a good job of drawing me in, making me love the characters - and then you went and slugged me in the gut. Well done on delivering a very skillful emotional story. I loved the way you laid out this AU, with Severus finding Harry and the Weasleys living upstairs, it was beautiful. Really really well done.
Harry realises that he needs to improve his Potions mark if he wants to become an Auror. - I really enjoyed Harry's pleasure when he turned the test over and realised he knew the answers! His determination to do well is great (though he does realise he needs more than just Potions to be an auror, right?). I feel so sorry for him working so hard and getting bad grades, though he can't seriously expect Snape of all people would give him anything else. I'm enjoying this fic.

- I liked reading about the remedial potions. Harry's put in a lot of hard work, but it's paying off and I'm really pleased for him. It was pretty nice of Snape to go to all that trouble, too.

- Nice fic! I like the idea of Snape as Fawkes, that's fun. The friendship you built up between James and Severus was cool, and I liked how saving James' life got Severus the first real recognition he'd ever had (and therefore some confidence). The idea that Petunia could warm up to Harry when he wasn't living with her was cool too. This is a nice twist on the original story.

- I enjoyed this story. I really liked seeing the start of the story through Draco's point of view, giving him realistic motivations so he's not just a junior Death Eater. I didn't think much of Harry's friends turning on him for something he could hardly help, though! When Harry was spilling his secrets to the class my heart actually sped up; I was willing him to be silent because I knew how much he would hate having all that known. Harry's running away made sense - in that situation I probably would have done exactly the same! And yes, I think this is going to be a very long summer :) Nice fic!

Thanks so much. I never thought much myself, until recently, how hard it must be, having Lucius for a father. I think that Draco was spoilt in some ways, but in others, he had a lot to live up to, what with all the pressures of having a Deatheater father.
Yeah, Harry's friends were a little mean, but don't worry, they'll feel terribly guilty at how they treated him, and come around.
Can you imagine the horror, upon realising that he'd just announced all his deepest secrets to the whole word. Must be horrible. I'd have fun away too.

- Bittersweet. A sad time, but with the good memories to hold onto. I like the way she got in the way of his lawn mowing :) Interesting parallel of Severus and Harry, both loving so strongly that it takes years to let go.

- Great fic. I love Severus's uncertainty over when the polyjuice wore off. Harry and Snape's interaction was really good; what a great way to have them actually hold a civil conversation :) Also, the "Flower power" made me laugh.
