It is an unhappy arrangement-Snape is snarky and snide, making Harry do chores and never keeping him happy. But Harry realises that Snape is not as he seems. - Alright, normally when I start reading a story and see straight away its in the first person I pass it on because it's annoying to me to read them like that. However, this one was special.
I was captivated from the first sentence, and I'm horrible at leaving reviews a I never know how to explain how the story made me feel.
Keep up the good work, this was extremely Well written. Very good! :)

- Awww, this was super cute. I loved it. I loved Dobby and I sobbed when he died. Anyway, good job it was awesome!
After his potion is sabotaged by Draco, Harry is assigned detention, when it all gets too much his glamour drops in Snape's presence revealing his abused, scar-ridden form to the hated professor. - The summary was awesome, I was really into it, but then the point of view things are confusing, like more so. I dislike all stories that start from the first person but I can let it go to read a Sev and Harry one cause I love them so.
However the fact that it constantly switches POV, has my head hurting. Regretfully this story isnt for me, but good luck with the rest of it.

I've always believed that Severus spoke to Dumbledore about what he witnessed during the Occlumency lessons with Harry, and that's why the Order spoke with the Dursleys, though, of course I did not tackle that belief in this particular story. - I have nothing bad to say about this i so adore fluff. I do miss Sev however. But the only bad thing about this, I suppose was I found myself getting to the end really soon..maybe the first chapter sppiled me lol. Good work either way.
Author's Response: I am planning on making the rest of the story a collection of snapshots of Harry's summer. The first 'chapter' was actually a one-shot for a challenge of one-shots, but then, because a number of people requested more, I decided to add to it. The first 'chapter' is longer, because it's meant to be a full short story, which can vary in length. I estimate the the rest of the chapters will be around the length of this one. Hopefully that will not be off-putting. Thank you for sharing your thoughts with me, I appreciate them. There will be more Severus, because I rather love him.
