Rather than allowing Harry to stay at Diagon Alley after he blew up Aunt Marge, the Ministry sends Harry back to the Dursleys. Harry returns to school after a terrible summer, to find that he's not the only one with this kind of secret. A student has been killed by his family. New screening measures are put into place by the Ministry: Every student must be given a medical exam and interview to look for child abuse. With Dumbledore facing an inquiry, Snape is entrusted with the task of making sure EVERYONE receives one.

- I really love this story and the developing relationship between Harry and Severus. But I do not think Harry would be delighted with a betrothal, but one never knows.

- Love this story. Interesting to see how the Weasleys who grew up with magic have trouble with the spell where Harry sees it as a healing spell.

- If you are ever in Minneapolis, MN, stop at their Electric Museum. They have several theramins there. Very Interesting place.
Now, at the end, was he talking to Bill or Lily. Interesting twist.

- I went back and reread the story. The scenes with James and Neville plus having Lily speaking to him really popped out and added so much. Wow!

- And James is telling him he is Harry's father. That is super. Great idea to use the betrothal as a means to protect Harry. This is a great story.
