- Lovely story all the way down I honestly loved it, but I have a question, the original Harry was manipulated all the way and again the hat whould have put him in Slytherin so how on earth he ened a Gryffindor this time???
Author's Response: The in-story answer is that Harry wanted to be in the same House his mother, and to a slightly lesser extent, his father, were in, and as we all know, the Sorting Hat takes requests. The meta answer is that I wanted to leave it open for a sequel and didn't want to have to box myself into writing Slytherin!Harry.
