Left with partial paralysis after being tortured by Voldemort, Severus is sent to Bell Point, a secure location on the seaside owned by the Order of the Phoenix. However, he is not the only one who will be there, for Harry, refusing to express his emotions regarding Sirius’ death, has unknowingly invoked an ancient kind of magic that will force him to deal with them. Deaged to four years old, he has to contend with a bitter and broken Snape, who, like Harry, is being forced to live in a body that does not work the way it used to. These two vastly different people have beat the odds many times over, and somehow prevailed in a world that has tried time and time again to destroy them. But the challenges they now face are nothing like they’ve ever seen before. Will they rise to the occasion, or become prisoners within themselves?

Hello! I just wanted to say "nicely done" for your thoroughly enjoyable story. In full disclosure, though part of the HP fandom for some time, I've never been much of a Snape fan. I always thought he was a good guy, but never a nice guy. Recently, I've been drawn to finding a story where Snape's attitude towards Harry changes, yet still keeps within the confines of canon. I've yet to find exactly what I'm looking for, but I stumbled upon this while I searched. Never having read a de-aging story, I was uncertain what to expect, but found myself thoroughly in love with little Harry. I couldn't stop reading, and its kudos to you for writing such a wonderful tale. I'm notoriously picky, but can honestly say the only part I balked at was the "daddy" reference. That's my own personal preference, however, and after walking away briefly, I returned to finish the story I'd come to enjoy so much. I'm really sorry it's over. Best of luck with all your future endeavors.

Author's Response: Hi Melindaleo! Thanks so much for your long and detailed review! I am so glad that you found things in this story to enjoy despite your particular tastes. I completely get why you would not like the "Daddy" reference. I took a very long time to warm up to these sorts of fics myself. I started the same way, loving to read the cute Harry moments more than anything, and later growing to enjoy Snape as a father figure. These fics are an aquired taste, that is for certain, and it is a taste you may never aquire. To each their own, however! I am glad that you enjoyed the rest of the story despite that part. (Oooh I must have really annoyed you with that one if you had to walk away, haha!) Thanks again for sharing what you liked and didn't like. Reviews like this really help me to see through the eyes of the reader and understand how my work is perceived. Cheers!
