- This chapter was excellent. It's probably my favorite outbox all of them. The Severus and Harry interaction was awesome. I love how you kept them in character too. I would love for the same amount of interaction or more in the future.
Your other two chapters were great too, I just didn't get a chance to review as I ended up quite ill in the hospital.
I look forward to the next one. Great job.

I do my best to keep everyone in character, for both versions of the story. I will do my best to ensure a good amount of Sev and Harry interaction in the next chapter.

- I was so excited to see this. I love your other story What Makes a Family and your portrayal of Snape in it. I was hoping to see you post something again. I love the concept of this one and I can't wait to see where it goes. Great start!
Author's Response: Thanks. I'm glad you liked the start of this story. I loved writing "What Makes a Family". I hadn't written anything for a couple of years and the one story I did in the fall was not Harry and Snape-centric, so I couldn't post it here.

- Lovely to read as usual! Great job! I had to laugh when Hermione asked if he had asked Lupin to sign his Hogsmeade as well. I just love your subtle humor.
I'm not sure if you noticed but you have the "Wood was annoyed to hear that Harry still hadn't ordered a new broom." paragraph in there twice, right before the first break.

- Aaah, and so it begins..the moment I dreaded. This chapter pulled on all the heartstrings for sure. My very favorite was Snape and Harry in the hospital. Such a tender and tense moment.
I am really curious to see what becomes of Hermione and Krum this time. Great job! I look forward to the next chapter!

- I see what you mean about the tension rising. This chapter was definitely tense! It was very unexpected that Sirius went missing and Mr Weasley died, but I think it fits well in the story. It was certainly well written. I don't know if it's mean to say that I kind of wish that Sirius will be gone and Severus somehow is forced to take care of Harry. I just love every little interaction they have.
I can't wait to see how it will all pan out in the end.

- A lovely chapter. I really liked the mix of canon and "extras", especially that Harry is hanging out with Neville and the twins as well. "that he's a right nutter if he's picking Snape"..so funny! And of course I love the Snape-Harry interaction. Great job and I can't wait for the next one.
Author's Response: Thanks. I'm glad you liked it. I'm trying to stay to the books and making the changes I would expect with Severus being more involved in Harry's life. The twins are a lot of fun to write. Tune in later this week, the next chapter should be up by Friday. I'm sorry for the delay in posting this one. I didn't like what I had already, so had to go back and make additions.

- Absolutely loved this chapter. It was one of my favorites that you have written. The "Professor Snape said so"s from Harry was so cute. I love that he still listens to and respects Severus.
Author's Response: I'm glad you enjoyed the chapter so much, it was a fun one to write. Harry respects and trusts Severus greatly, he just doesn't always listen.

- Lovely chapter! I missed a little more Snape interaction at the end. I would have loved for Snape to fix his nose or something like that.
