[COMPLETE] After Harry blows up Aunt Marge and catches the Knight Bus to Diagonalley, he decides to take charge of his life when he learns he’s being sent back to Four Privet Drive. Harry spends the summer turning life in Diagonalley on its head, trying not to worry about the murderer Sirius Black, and attempting to avoid Severus Snape. In the midst of this he finds himself embroiled in an intense legal battle against Albus Dumbledore to decide his future. For the first time his fate rests solely in his own hands, and depend on the decisions he finds himself being forced to make. Harry wishes he could just be a thirteen year old boy, and begins to wonder if he’ll ever have the childhood he desires the most. Some of the warnings listed just as a precaution for things mentioned or alluded to.

    Loved the previous chapter and this one as well. I'm looking forward to the trial and I hope Harry doesn't have to go back to the Dursleys but perhaps can stay at the orphanage. He would be better off there then at the Dursleys!

    I think Dumbledore might let Harry stay for the rest of the summer but is planning on sending him back to the Dursleys next year because of the protection. If he does send him back to the Dursleys I hope that Snape will keep an eye on him to see what happens.

    I hope this story isn't finished for a while because I love it and am hoping we will see how it works out for the alleys.

    Ahhh I just love Snarky Snape :D

    I think it was a great chapter where you can maybe see a bit of jealousy in Snape. Or at least he falls back in his disbelieve of the way Harry was treated previously (by the Dursleys).

    I don't mind that we see a bit of the relationship between Harry and Dumbledore but I'm more curious how the relationship between Harry and Snape is going to evolve!

    I also love seeing more of Diagon Alley and Knockturn Alley (you spoiled us with this in the previous chapters).

    Anyway, keep up the good work. I love the story!

    I absolutely loved this story. It is one of my favorites. You are a very gifted writer and I really hope this story gets a sequal.

Each year questions were sent out to new first years so staff could screen incoming students for any potential problems. Minerva hadn’t suspected anything to be out of the ordinary with this year’s batch of students, but she was certainly surprised when there was. Severus Snape wasn’t expecting a scrawny boy to turn up at his office covered in filth and in desperate need of attention.

    Sad to see the story ending. I loved the story even though it only had 3 chapters (though it is good to see a story ending as well, as a lot of them never get finished ;-) )

    I don't know the reason but I don't trust Kai-Enna all that much. I could of course be mistaken. And I'm wondering if Draco had something to do with the attack (as well). Thanks for the chapter!
